  Clean, comfortable and perfect location for visiting CMU

  I was visiting my daughter who is attending CMU as a study abroad student so I wanted to stay closer to her apartment and experience her daily life. I loved Tuck Me In! It was clean, very comfortable bed and the staff were friendly and helpful. The coffee was plentiful and the A/C and wifi worked well - thank goodness!Tuck Me In's location felt at the heart of student life for Chiang Mai students. The street food, smoothie shops, veggie markets were in abundance with just enough English to get by, but not so much that I felt like I was in a Thai district of an American city. There is a 7-11 next to Tuck Me In which made it easy to get room snacks and soda water (my daughter misses LaCroix water from home!). The experience of staying at Tuck Me In, and eating street food and shopping local (less tourist) markets made the whole trip much more affordable as well - when I went into the old city of Chiang Mai I realized I would have spent a lot more money on food and hotel had we stayed there. I would definitely stay at Tuck Me In again :-)

  Good Value for Brief Stay Near CMU

  I stayed here overnight while giving a workshop at CMU. The room was clean and comfortable. It was all functional. Wifi worked well. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The location was perfect for my work at the university and the price was good value. There are convenience stores and many food stalls nearby about 300m away. I'll stay here again when visiting CMU for work.The hallway outside the room was really noisy starting at 6am. Once people started leaving their rooms and talking in the hallway, it sounded like they were inside the room. There are a few signs telling people to respect the quiet but they don't work.

  Great place to stay in Chiang Mai!

  I highly recommend to stay at Tuck me Inn hotel:*Likes:- very clean, new and modern rooms - all facilities that you need: Wifi, hair dryer, coffee &tea, water - very comfortable bed- possibility of arrange the transfer from and to the airport in attractive price- very nice and helpful staff*Dislike:- nothingIn terms of the location the hotel is around 40min by feet from the city center, but taking uber we paid only around 60-90 baths to get there. Hotel is located in the students district, so nearby you have a lot of local real Thai street food restaurants, which are definitely not the touristic one, so you can try real Thai food and feel real and the great atmosphere of evenings.

  I stayed in this hotel in Jun 2017. It is small but very new. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is good. There are many restaurants nearby and very close to Chiangmai University.
