    A hidden gem tucked in behind the Central Airport Plaza

    What a hidden gem tucked in behind the Central Airport Plaza (they actually have a door at the back of the building leading directly to the Central parking lot). This convenience alone made it worthwhile. But, on top of that there is the 17.5-meter-long swimming pool, a gym, and a business center downstairs.The apartment is also a treat, with huge smart TV s in the living and bedroom, a proper shower, and a tub, with a separate toilet. Not to forget the fully equipped kitchen, which has everything we needed to cook own meals, but who needed that with two food courts available just a 3-minute walk to the mall. Service was a pleasure, with management and housekeeping always making sure we had everything could possibly need. We love it so much here; we have decided to stay for another two months.Tip: Choose a room facing the mountain/airport - it's quieter than the street side. The airport is quieter than one would imagine, as you only hear them when they give a short burst of thrust when they take off.

    Stayed there for about 2 months during rainy season... Very modern rooms with kitchens, TV's nicer than mine at home! , nice pool always clean. Helpful staff at the front desk. Would definitely visit again!!     I booked this place through a website. Upon check in I was informed that I will have to charged extra as the website was displaying fake rates (!!). I relectulanty agreed as I was coming from a long trip. I also found out that fitness room and swimming pool featured on the website was still under construction. After 4 nights spent at welness (instead of 1 month) I decided to leave the property. Total waste of time and money. Owners should not advertise properties that are still being under construction. Wellness R, Assistant Manager at Wellness Residence Chiang Mai, responded to this review We are so sorry that you were not satisfied with our property First of all, I would like to be clear about this issue.1. Basically, we did not receive the Email from the website that you booked.2. We have to charge the room rent following our updated price. We also discounted for you 1,000 THB from the total amount. And we showed you all of the rooms that we have for you to make a decision about which room you prefer to stay in.3. For construction noise, we have to continue to do it. We need our gym and swimming pool will be done as soon as possible. And we only work for daytime.4. Finally, you made a decision to check out and we are happy to refund all your money back and deducted 4 nights that you stayed with us. We are sorry again that you had a bad experience.
