    Nice vibe to the place. Very pleasant staff and things like shower, food, room, etc. all at or above standard. Good shuttle bus service and the hotel is pretty close to the airport. Balcony views of the multiple swimming pools. Would definitely stay here again.     Room was so clean and staffs were so helpful. We were so pleased for the entire stay. We stayed with kids and they could enjoy in swimming pool. Nice environment! and breakfast was so varieties. Unfortunate for western food, they did not offer many choices. I was impressed for the extra miles the staffs provided. After checked out, we forgot sweater in the room. I contacted them and they were so helpful to send a parcel to our new hotel in the south. I love the attitude the staff here have. I will definitely stay here again for my next visit.     Amazing Pillows

    This hotel has the best pillows - we actually wanted to buy 2 but could not fit this in our luggage.The hotel is based near a main road but once you walk in you forget that. It has a resort feel.It was difficult to get a tuk tuk so we walked about 15 minutes to the Maya Mall and Nimmanhaemin Road. The hotel does not offer any shuttle service.Check in was quick.The room is beautiful, modern and spacious.Breakfast is good.     Poor hospitality awful services

    Pathetic hotel staff .. they don’t understand English. Its a h harrowing experience for us tonstay here. Even after requesting for early checkin they are asking for half days tariff at 10:00 am. When we asked for water the hotel staff was not courteous enough to provide us water even for an hour after asking.

    I have booked through a booking.Com the room I booked was ok and reasonably assigned, I agreed to pay more because I requested for a bathtub. The bellman at checking in was terrible rude, he seem chosen to take a good care of he look around late 40 but not sure his name. The room was nice but the TV Chanel was no English at all, the menu showed that there are several channels like Dw English, TV 5 France, Al Jazira, and more but none of them worked , I called receptionist she sent me an engineer, the 2 engineers came in both have had tried to fixed but it didn’t work and they suddenly apologized for me, he explained that the hotel didn’t buy a tV channel as it’s looked, the only channel work is Chinese only, it really disappointed me. The breakfast was reality nice, staff was good. Again I was so upset when the housekeeping staff came in to cleaned my room there were 3 staffs at the same time, I and my partner went out for lunch and back at late evening after dinner and found out that my original iPhone charge was disappeared, I called a receptionist explained to them for what happened the receptionist man called me back and said he asked the housekeeping staff but they said no, of course who could confused if one of them took it away. We continued stay on the second night, we didn’t rake breakfast at the second morning because we woke up quite late, we received a call at mid day sharpe requested us to leave. Again with a rude terrible bellman he didn’t event bother to take care of our luggage and showed an unpleasant face, quire opposite the security man he was such helped full and caring, he was enthusiastically asked about our luggage to help, he always look for a space for us to park our cars, he asked us gave us a very nice suggestion and more really impressed for this man. At checked out I paid by a minibar by density card, the reception lady has told me that the card didn’t go through, she tried twice, then I decided to pay by scanned the QR code then I went to see the balanced on my account and seen that the money has been deducted 3 times already, so I showered her, she was ok to avoid the mistaken back to my account, she didn’t apologized I asked her to give me the same date to extend of my stay she didn’t bother and didn’t interested to help. Now I have to check out with all the disappointments I really would like the general manager to contact me back and should give me a compensation’s of something here to be honest
