Location

Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge. Facility

    Idyllic luxury retreat

    A beautiful hotel lobby with a sea view is the first thing you encounter when arriving. Cheery staff greet you throughout the resort. Our room, with a plunge pool, overlooking the lagoon was a perfectly private retreat to laze away the day. Delicious breakfasts but the restaurant by the pool was underwhelming. It didn’t matter as within 10 minutes walk along the beach were a selection of on-the-beach restaurants. A hotel shuttle is available to go back into Khao Lak town with supermarkets, restaurants, healthcare and pharmacies.The hotel grounds were stunning and the area around the pool never seemed too crowded.

    We recently stayed at this hotel and can honestly say that we are completely satisfied with every aspect of our experience. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, everything was handled professionally and with genuine care. The hotel itself is beautiful, well maintained, and provides a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere that immediately makes you feel comfortable and welcome.Our room exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, quiet, and exceptionally clean. Housekeeping did an outstanding job throughout our stay, ensuring that everything was spotless and well organized every day. The bed was very comfortable, and the room had everything we needed to feel at home. The attention to cleanliness throughout the entire property was impressive and contributed greatly to the overall quality of our stay.What truly made this experience special, however, was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. We have stayed in many hotels over the years, but it is rare to encounter a team that is so consistently warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Every staff member we interacted with greeted us with a smile and made us feel valued as guests. Their kindness never felt forced or routine—it was sincere and natural.The reception team was particularly outstanding.     Our stay in the Beachfront Pool Villa at Devasom Khao Lak was exceptional from start to finish.The villa itself was beautiful, offering stunning sea views, complete privacy, and direct access to the beach. One of the highlights of our stay was having breakfast served in the villa on several mornings. The quality, presentation, and attention to detail were remarkable and made for a truly special experience.What sets Devasom apart is the level of personal service. Every member of the staff knew our names and genuinely made us feel welcome.     Amazing atmosphere! Cozy, elegant and luxurious place! The Spa and Wellness is a must go! The ladies there are quite something! The butler service is 100% efficient! They were able actually to guess what we were thinking! All the tours organized by the Devasom team were fantastic, with a friendly and welcoming staff and awesome customer services! We had lots of fun and a stress free vacation! I highly recommend Devasom! 5 stars for the breakfast with continental food but also local food. You won’t regret it! Devasom Khao Lak is a must go!
