Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car (no extra charge). Other services include a 24-hour security service, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry. To assist guests with their business and communication needs, the business centre offers a fax machine.

Rooms

Many units feature a sea view, which creates a particularly lovely ambience. Rooms have a queen-size bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. A trouser press is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, bathrobes and a telephone are provided. The indoor and outdoor pools are ideal for exercise as well as relaxation. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. Comfortable sun loungers are available on the terrace. For guests who wish to keep active, cycling/mountain biking, archery and fishing are available. With canoeing and snorkelling available, the resort also caters to water sports enthusiasts. Sport and leisure facilities at the resort include a gym and aerobics. A spa, a sauna and massage treatments are available in the wellness area.

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant, a café and a bar. A delicious breakfast provides energy for the rest of the day.

    We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Samsam in Koh Yao Noi.From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by a team that was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. The level of hospitality truly made us feel at home.The setting is simply breathtaking, with stunning views over the sea that make every moment special and relaxing.We also really enjoyed the food — every meal was delicious, fresh, and of great quality.Thank you for such a memorable experience. We would definitely love to come back!

    Amazing stay!

    We had an incredible stay at this hotel last week while on our honeymoon. The hospitality was super, from being picked up at the pier to the in room dining service. The villas itself were spacious, comfortable and featured some remarkable artwork! We would recommend getting the catch of the day for the in room dining as well as the massages in room. They also decorated the villa for our honeymoon which was a sweet gesture!

    Fantastic 1 night stay on Valentine’s Day

    Samsam is located on Koh Yao Noi which is a very small island, the hotel offers complimentary bicycles so it is very easy to explore the whole island freely. The hotel itself is on beautiful grounds and is Japanese inspired. There is beautiful art work all around the property. The hotel offers a number of different activities, we done kyudo archery and really enjoyed it. The hotel also offers private day trips, we done the 4 island private tour. This was so well organised and the highlight of our stay. We stayed in the Dojo suite which was incredible, very spacious with a state of the art bathroom and a large patio. We also received a couples massage in our room which was really relaxing. Samsam offers a high quality service, our stay was not cheap but it was certainly worth every penny. It fell on Valentine’s Day and we were made feel very special. The rooms and grounds are spotless, the gym and pool were perfect and very well kept. A very tranquil hotel which matches the pace of the island. The staff were incredible, so friendly and catering and they really went above and beyond to make sure everything we needed was organised to the highest possible standard. They are very hands on and even organised our transfer to our next location. I would definitely recommend this hotel and we look forward to our next stay with Samsam☺️
