    Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Lacol. Great staff, super facilities and food and ambience. Easy to get about. Cycles to ride around the property - would be nice if these were allowed outside. Very helpful staff. Great room, pool, restaurants and bars. We didn't have time to go to the national park. Very disappointed some attractions were closed, but maybe that's a seasonal issue.     We had a wonderful stay at this resort and highly recommend it, especially for families. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-suited for a family vacation. The location is excellent, providing convenient access and drivable to so-many nearby attractions. The staff were exceptionally accommodating and attentive throughout our stay. We experienced a minor issue with the water heater, which was resolved promptly and efficiently by the team.We were also surprised by the thoughtful birthday bed greeting and the complimentary cake upon arrival, which added a special touch to our celebration.Overall, our experience was truly enjoyable, and we will surely be returning to this resort next time.
