  It was the worst hotel stay ever. I'm writing such negative review for the first time in order to warn others tourists.Rooms look very good and it's quiet here but stuff made my stay unbearable. The hotel wasn't ready for a guest. I had to drive to the restaurant to wait when stuff comes back to the hotel. I was back in 1 hour (or more) but my room wasn't ready. It seemed like nobody cared for a new guest. Finally they showed me to my room but it was dirty.I tried to solve all problems but a hotel manager was unreachable. He was literally outside of the hotel and I could contact him only via WhatsApp. I asked him politely numerous of times to take everything under his control and get my room ready. I had to explain myself to him like why it was important to get clean towels.....He was saying "yes" to everything but in reality he ignored all my inquiries. I was exhausted and I wanted to manage problems with housekeepers by myself. But the thing is that the reception is far away from rooms (I had a scooter so it wasn't a main problem) but nobody stayed at the reception room ever. I called housekeepers loudly there (because there're different doors near the reception room) but it was impossible to understand where they might be....well it was f***ed up.I waited HOURS and spend a lot of energy for useless communication with a manager. I was finally showed to a clean room in the early evening. Later the manager told me that I have to move out in the morning because "they can't have unhappy guests". Why take responsibility for your mistakes when it's easier to move a guest out? Excellent decision.It happened a month ago. After processing this situation emotionally I realised that the hotel manager was gaslisghting and bulls*itting me. He made me feel like I was nothing and all my feelings were nonsense. It's ridiculous because my requirements were simple, like moving into cleaned room :) I suppose that the hotel manager is literally psycho but I'm here not to diagnose him. Just stay away from such people.And this it wasn't the end... Next morning I woke up to see that a hotel manager didn't cancel my reservation so I couldn't get a refund. I tried to reach him... and he bulls*itted me again. He said I'll get my money back but in reality he didn't care to contact booking.com. Like he literally scammed me, right?Days later I finally managed to contact booking com customer service and they helped me to get a refund.Just never stay here if you don't want to spend all your moral resources for fighting for your boundaries and bare minimum and have zero in the end. Wings G, at Amantra Lake View Resort, responded to this review This review is extremely exaggerated and misleading.The guest arrived before check-in while the room was still being prepared. Despite this, we made repeated efforts to accommodate him and even offered alternative solutions. Nothing was acceptable to him.From the beginning, his behavior was confrontational and unreasonable. Our staff was treated disrespectfully, and no solution satisfied him.To protect our team and other guests, we chose to end the stay. The refund was handled through the proper booking platform process.We stand by our standards and the many positive reviews from guests who experienced our property fairly and respectfully.Please go home and urgently!!! “Seriously, get your head checked. Your behavior is exactly what makes things worse for everyone around you. People like you create problems wherever they go.”

  I visited Koh lanta and I chose this place because it's near the way to old town, I like the style here. everything is good , also the staff service s very nice so friendly and so helpful. The price of room is not expensive, reasonable. Im really happy to be here.

  Place in clean and while it is near Old town that’s national park of Koh Lanta. It is a good distance away so that its not loud at night. Staff is friendly and check in rly fast and easy. Around factory there is a river, nice view , nice weather and good services.

  The atmosphere is good Clean and spacious rooms. The service of the staff here is very attentive and customer friendly. Around the factory there is a river. Getting up in the morning is very refreshing. Facilities are complete. Suitable for coming to relax a lot.

  I found this resort on booking.com and it's was really new hotel with some staff wt the hotel the resort was beautiful it's in the Lake " Yes It in the Lake " and many fish in the lake.We was thinking about to write this review how to explaining about our exciting to you to come and see by yourself.We stay here for 1 weeks and likely to stay more but with the limited of our time. I will come back again soon. The Amantra Lake View doesn't have the pool and they told me the pool will be soon in the future but that is not the reason for us we always siting out at the balcony and relax with the very good of pure 100% oxygen. I recommend all of you who want this experience to share this and stay at this beautiful resort. Try to book and rent the scooter at the resort and explore the island.
