  Had a really wonderful stay here! ??The staff were absolutely amazing — friendly, helpful, and always ready to go the extra mile. A big thank you for the room upgrade; we truly appreciated it and enjoyed the stay even more.The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The room was spotless, the swimming pool was awesome, and the scenery was beautiful. The food was also really good — definitely one of the highlights of our stay! ??What impressed us most was the little details. The staff were always there to pick us up and drop us off, and even brought umbrellas from the car when it was raining. ?? These small gestures really made us feel well taken care of.Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable.   My experience at Avani was exceptional from start to finish. Every member of staff was genuinely friendly, welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. From check-in with Ana, to the spa reception and my wonderful treatments with Por, as well as the lovely staff at the restaurant during breakfast and dinner, the service was consistently excellent.The property itself is beautiful and very well maintained. The sunset views from the pool villas were absolutely breathtaking and made our stay even more memorable.I highly recommend Avani to anyone looking for a beautiful and romantic getaway. The combination of stunning surroundings, excellent service and warm hospitality made our experience truly special.Definitely a 5-star experience, and I would happily return!   I booked a Sea View Pool Villa & it was superb! The size of the villa, the furnishings, the quality of the beds & towels & the size of the pool with the magnificent sea view were first class! The property is beautiful. However, the resort is isolated so if you want to get around & do not feel comfortable riding a scooter you will have to make use of taxis which can add up. A big thank you to Kookkai & Wisinee who were fantastic organising transport & giving suggestions on what to see & where to eat. The service these 2 ladies offer is brilliant. The Spa experience is the best I have had in Thailand. The General Manager Oh, Chef Wat & the housekeeping team are excellent & made our stay very special. A special staff member & huge asset to the resort is Feen with his big smile & gentle manner. What a beautiful human being.
