The resort is located on the west coast of the island of Koh Lanta Yai. Occupying 12 acres of landscaped hillside and beachfront by the Andaman Sea, the island is part of the Krabi province in Southwest Thailand and is located approx. 75 km south of Krabi city. The resort is ideally located as a base for diving and snorkelling excursions to the neighbouring islands of Koh Rok, Koh Phi Phi, Koh Haa, Hin Muang, Hin Daeng, Koh Ngai, Koh Mook, Koh Chuek and Koh Kradan. Krabi is an 80 minute flight away from Bangkok. The transfer from Krabi airport to the hotel by van & speedboat takes approx. 1 ½ hours. The second nearest airport is Trang, 90 minutes by air from Bangkok. The transfer time from Trang airport by van & speedboat takes approx. 2 ½ hours. The transfer by van only takes 3 ½ hours. It takes approx. 3 ½ hours to travel from Phuket airport to the resort by van & speedboat and 4 ½ hours by van only.

The 72 rooms have a pleasant, inviting atmosphere. 48 villas/houses offer even more space and comfort. This holiday village has a lift and a reception desk. Amenities available at the complex include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. A beautiful stay at the Sri lanta resort

Had the most amazing 4 nights at the Sri lanta, such a beautiful resort with the most amazing staff and setting. Lisa absolutely made our time there so special. She is a ray of sunshine every day. If we didn’t see her in the day we sought her out. Hardworking, kind, funny and friendly she is a massive asset to the hotel and to our holiday.Beautiful rooms, pool and wild monkeys on the resort were just some of the highlights. It was so tranquil, the food was lovely and the elephant bar was a great spot to sit and drink a cocktail.We would go back In a heartbeat. Thank you Lisa and team for the best time!

Pools are small and not too clean. We stayed up at the top of the hill. Monkeys everywhere. Aggressive monkeys. Very uncomfortable for families. You need a lift up and back to the room,from reception. Room needs work. Run down. Positives are staff are lovely. Breakfast is very good. Location is excellent.

A worn-down hotel complex. There were three pools, but one was closed, and the other two were very dirty. The sun loungers were broken. The only pool in use didn’t even have a ladder—you had to jump in and then struggle to climb out. Completely unbelievable.The breakfast was okay, but otherwise the food was disappointing. I ordered a pizza that wasn’t even fully warm after being reheated.The room was fine, though also worn. We stayed in the Myth building, which was very noisy. You could hear your neighbors clearly, and there was a lot of noise in the corridors at night when people came back.We ordered a pick-up to the reception in the morning since the building is located some distance away. We double-checked everything the day before, yet the car never showed up. We had to message them, and only then was a car sent.We had also been promised breakfast to take away since we had an early flight. I asked if everything was prepared or if we needed to pre-order, and was told it would all be ready. But they hadn’t even started making the pancakes.There are other hotels for less money that offer far better value than this one.

Lovely relaxing vibe, great staff.

I ended up staying here for 9 nights as my flights home were cancelled because of the issues in middle east. The room was large and comfortable. It was cleaned every day and water replaced. Breakfast was great every day. The bar on the beach did good cocktails. I got clean towels whenever I asked for the beach. The staff were great .. always friendly, always helpful (even when I couldnt get a baby lizard out of my room). I only got the name of one member of the reception team - Lisa - who was a delight - but all the reception staff were great. Lisa, gave me a huge hug when I left! I would definitely recommend and would go back too if ever on Koh Lanta too.

Koh Lanta still is not overly developed like Phuket and you can still feel the natural environment. Great location on a beach on the West coast of the island. The forest suite I had was comfortable. Delicious food, both Italian and Thai. Nice massage. Value for money.
