This property is located close to Ba Kantiang Beach on Koh Lanta Yai - a tropical island, south-west of Krabi Province. Guests will also find many other attractions within easy reach on Koh Lanta and its islets. The resort is graciously perched on a cliff overlooking a striking panoramic view of the Andaman Sea.

The resort has a lift and features 2 suites and 13 double rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe.     Stayed Nov-dec2025. Started in delux room with spa with superb views then moved to villa for a week. Possibly the best hotel stay of our lives (‘and we’ve travelled a lot). What made it really special?Eric and his staff are truly exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble, professional but warm and friendly. Food is top notch, we tried several restaurants but their food beat most. 2 for 1 cocktails every day watching never ending sunsets. Privacy, adult only so no noisy kids, great rooms, the villas are exceptional. If you want a seriously great place to stay, this is it. The location is excellent for a koh lanta chilled stay with many great spots a close walk away or short taxi drive. The atmosphere is exclusive but not awkward, you always feel relaxed and there is always a staff member close by to help with anything you need. Cleanliness was top notch. For what you get, the value was excellent. We’d go again anytime.

    Fantastic place, great views, wonderful attentive staff.Thoroughly recommend if you visiting Koh Lanta especially further south where the best beaches are. Nearby great restaurants too

    Absolutely beatifull, calming and relaxing hotel with amazing staff. My room and the whole place is so beautifull, spotlessly clean, calm and quiet.Had the privilege suite and I’m almost speechless at beauty of the room and the view from it. Soaking on the jacuzzi, watching sunset and listening to the waves crashing on the shore was so relaxing and soothing my soul. Really good wifi and the pool is lovely and one of a kind.Breakfast the best, made by order. Ate all my meals at Red Alert restaurant and everything was so delicious.And as a bonus, got to enjoy breakfast watching cute monkeys playing around. This was unforgettable and just incredibly wonderful experience.Thank You The Houben and all You lovely people here. If possible, I would give 6/5 to this hotel. Highly recommended!

    This place is a disaster, I highly recommend you avoid booking this hotel which in no universe is near 4-star accommodations. Be very careful about what room they put you in - our booking promised a view of the ocean and showed us photos from one of the top floors. When we got there, we were put in a room that connected directly to the pool area and lacked any semblance of privacy. You’ll enjoy this hotel if you like people seeing directly into your room like you’re staying in a fishbowl. Genuinely a very weird vibe in the hotel which the red pool does well to accentuate. There are so many beautiful places to stay in Koh Lanta and this is definitely not one of them.     Wonderful special place for us

    We loved this little adult only hotel so much, the staff were all wonderful, attentive and so caring, even more so when my husband was admitted to hospital overnight. Beautiful pool and the most amazing sunset views, this hotel was one of the best highlights of our Thailand trip. We definitely want to go back.
