A piece of heaven in Koh Lanta!

The staff Tata, Mild, Yeen, Nicki, Yaya, the housekeeping and their manager Nic were so friendly and helpful. The view from our beach villa was excellent. We were spoiled by the staff from checking in, delivery of our meals in the room to checking out. Our 1 night stay became 8 nights. This place is highly recommended! What a place! A little bit of paradise with the most amazing staff and location. The hotel is a very special experience with bungalows on the beach and breakfast looking out over the ocean. The staff are just incredible, Nick on the reception was just the most beautiful human and literally would do anything possible to help anyone! Nikki from the breakfast team couldn’t have been more lovely, she knew what pancakes we wanted and how my husband liked his eggs! So much effort given, so impressed. Took me a bit to get this place, and when I did, I didn't want to leave, could have stayed longer. Rooms are in 4s in little buildings arranged in cul de sacs. Modern, clean and spacious, which is reflected throughout the whole hotel. Plenty of pool space. The one at the back was always empty.Breakfast was great. Plenty to eat of great quality food. Best breakfast we had in the whole of Thailand, but the hotel was also our most expensive.The beach is lovely, perfect for sunsets.Gym is basic, but you are supposed to be on holiday.It is a beach resort and there is nothing else to do. Koh Lanta is quiet.The restaurant to the left as you leave is well worth going to. Holiday paradise with amazing views

Beatifull, lovely and relaxing hotel with amazing staff. The room and whole hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff made me feel really welcome and cared for. Had the Suite Beachfront and loved the room and the view from it. Sitting on the terrace watching the sea and listening waves crashing on the shore was so relaxing and enjoyable. Bed was really comfortable with perfect pillows for me. Love walking on the beach and this beach is just perfect for that. Really good wifi and water pressure and TV with Netflix and Prime.Breakfast was really good, eggs made by order. Ate all my meals at hotels restaurant Breezy Bites and everything was really delicious.This was unforgettable and wonderful week.Thank You Twin Bay and all You lovely people there. Must stay!!

Don’t look any further. We stayed here with our two young teenagers and this place was amazing. It was paradise. The breakfast was over the top. The food in the restaurant was excellent every single night. Nick at the front desk was very helpful with booking transfers and other information. We rented scooters right from the resort and they made it super easy. It was clean well organized. I would highly recommend this for families.
