Location

This resort is located on 12 acres of tropical gardens in the heart of Klong Dao Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on Lanta Yai Island's west coast, in Krabi. It is only 1 km from the shopping centre and restaurants on Lanta Island, and from the ferry.

Facility

The resort has 74 rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Film fans will find plenty of 'lights, camera, action' at the cinema. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a TV room and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Further services and facilities include a car hire service, medical assistance, room service (for a fee), an alarm call service, a laundry service and a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests who wish to explore the surrounding area by bike will appreciate the bicycle hire service. Bicycle storage is also available. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.

Rooms

Air conditioning and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can relax on the balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator and a tea/coffee station. Further amenities include an ironing set and a trouser press. Equipped with a direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a DVD player, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge), the rooms provide many ways for guests to stay connected and entertained. Slippers are included. The bathrooms have a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror and bathrobes are provided. Plenty of active recreation awaits guests in the pool area's 2 outdoorpools. No matter the weather, swimming is always a possible in the indoor pool. There is also a special swimming area just for kids. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. Refreshing drinks are served at the poolside snack bar. For guests who wish to keep active, cycling/mountain biking, beach volleyball and fishing are available. With windsurfing, canoeing, kayaking, snorkelling and diving available, fans of water sports will have plenty to choose from. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, billiards, darts and yoga. Various wellness options are available at the complex, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath and massage treatments. The resort offers an entertainment programme for adults.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a breakfast room and a bar. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch and dinner, guests can choose between à la carte and a set menu. Diet meals and vegetarian dishes can be prepared on request. The resort also offers special catering options. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    I had a wonderful stay at Twin Lotus Resort & Spa Koh Lanta. The resort's landscape is absolutely stunning, with beautifully maintained tropical gardens creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere throughout the property.The location is excellent, offering direct beach access to a long, beautiful stretch of beach while still being conveniently located close to the center of Koh Lanta, restaurants, shops, and other attractions. Everything is easily accessible, making it a perfect place for both relaxation and exploration.The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay.     I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The room was heavenly - clean, spacious and had a very comfortable bed. It has a great location on the seafront, letting you choose between a nice pool and/or swimming in the ocean. The food and drinks were also lovely. It is my second time coming to this hotel and it's been a treat each time! The perfect place to escape to and relax.     A perfect way to unwind and enjoy tranquility!

    You get picked up and taken to reception.We had a great welcoming ( drinks and chilled towel)Took no time a checking then taken to our room with the little cart.Our room was a little far but right in front of a lovely kept garden!Great room, massive bed, lovely bed sheet.The towels were nice and fluffy , large shower room nicely kept.Had all you need ( fridge, kettle safe, nice large tv etc..)Very clean all around!They are 3 pools to cover the vast area of garden! And what a beautiful garden with lovely birds and massive trees!The main pool faces the sea and is absolutely stunning such a nice area to chill! The beach itself is long and nice golden sand!( though I found this kinda beach boring)Breakfast was amazing. The bread was great absolutely delicious…Everything you need to start your day is covered.I loved it and took time to enjoy every course I made up!I love the fresh ginger tea with freshly cut ginger !We hire a scooter just opposite the entrance to hotel from a lovely lady.We paid 200 for 24hrs and extended fir another half day.( best to fill up at petrol station on main road and a few around!cheaper and better value)The island is straight forward some nice beaches to be discovered .In general, I loved our hotel it’s relaxing, lovely garden and some amazing pool Vila’s ..)Ko Lanta is ok but not in my list of top 5 islands!But yes absolutely recommend Twin Lotus Resort and Spa, Guest Services / Front Office at Twin Lotus Resort & Spa, responded to this review Dear Khun ladyejc27,Thank you very much for taking the time to share such a wonderful and detailed review of your stay with us.     A truly unforgettable stay! From the moment you arrive the staff at Twin Lotus greet you with a smile and a warmth that continues right through the stay. The rooms are large, with great aircon and were spotlessly clean. The resort placed adjacent to an idyllic beach, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The beach front restaurant was the perfect place to enjoy first class food and drink whilst contemplating the majestic sunsets, each day different from the predecessor.     Such a lovely hotel located in a beautiful part of Koh Lanta. I stayed in the garden villa and everything in there was perfect. The beach pool is nice and as the name suggests, looks out to the picturesque beach. Sunset from there is certainly a highlight. Staff are friendly and attentive, and every single one of them makes me feel so welcome!
