The hotel is located on the picturesque Pha Ngan Island, in the north of Koh Samui. The villas are set along the pristine sands of Thong Nai Pan Noi Beach on the northeast coast of Koh Pha Ngan. Various restaurants, bars and nightspots are in the immediate proximity of the property, which is a short 30-minute speedboat ride from nearby Koh Samui.

In addition to 14 villas/houses, guests can also choose from a selection of 30 suites. This resort has a lift and a 24-hour reception desk. Services such as a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Film fans will find plenty of 'lights, camera, action' at the cinema. Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and a fan. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. Rooms include a king-size bed. Other amenities available include an ironing set and a trouser press. Various wellness options are available at the resort, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a beauty salon, massage treatments and a solarium. An entertainment programme and a dance club are also options for entertainment.

The dining area includes a restaurant with air conditioning and a bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. A variety of catering options can be booked. Guests can choose between bed and breakfast, half board and full board. A generous breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch, guests can choose between a buffet and à la carte. Dinner options include à la carte and a set menu. Diet meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available.     We had an absolutely amazing stay at Anantara Rasananda. The resort is beautiful, the villa was perfect, and everything was truly exceptional from start to finish.A special thank you to our wonderful host, Patty, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. She made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond to make our experience special.We’ll definitely be back! ??

    We spent over a week here. We loved our beach side pool villa ..it was spacious would good size walk in wardrobe area and plenty of space to unpack fully. Good size bathroom plus also outdoor shower. Nice small garden area with sun hut and sun beds . Walk straight onto beach and I to sea with also 2 reserved sun beds on the beach.We loved the Japanese restaurant and ate there many times as there was a varied menu and cooking was great. Full marks to team in the Japanese restaurant ..friendly service.The bistro was fine with a nice location by the beach ..feel menu could be improved a little and the buffet nights were not the best.But frozen hash brown triangles for breakfast should not be the case for a hotel of this level. Those should be home made.All staff very friendly.Location fantastic on a great beach.Big disappointment was the spa. Although it is in a promising jungle time setting ..it felt run down and rushed and not particularly welcoming. And the actual 2 hour specialist treatment was really disappointing. We had planned to go twice ..but left it as just the one visit.So overall a fantastic stay and location ...but with an oh so disappointing spa.

    This hotel in Koh Phangan exceeded all of our expectations! The location is absolutely the best on the island—incredibly convenient, beautiful, and central yet peaceful.
