The hotel did not meet my expectations. The room was dirty, and the amenities were outdated. I won't be returning. The staff was unhelpful and rude. I felt ignored during my stay, and my concerns were not addressed properly. The walls were paper-thin, and I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. It was impossible to get a good night's sleep There was a strong, musty odor in the room that made my stay uncomfortable. It felt like the place hadn't been cleaned in ages. The pool was closed The pictures on the website were misleading. The room looked nothing like what was The hotel is in a sketchy neighborhood. I didn't feel safe walking around, especially at night. I paid a premium price for this hotel, but it felt like a budget motel

Very clean, friendly, safe, affordable and close to attractions. We really liked this hotel, not fancy, not close to a beach, but the pool is very nice. They have security at night time and the owner lives on site.

Stayed here for 3 days, think it's family run lodge. The hotel room key was really a key, a big one. The door creaked when opening but overall the room was nice, amenities was good. When requested for a kettle, the kind old lady provided me very fast....very nice.Pity did not make use of the swimming pool as it was hot for 2 of the days there.A short walk to a food court nearby, Thongsala Square (where the race start)...and the Walking Street where they had a nice night bazaar on Saturday, pity it rained halfway. Also a short walk to Phantip Market area. But definitely need taxi to the site of Full Moon Party lolYes, also had a lot of tour agencies just outside the hotel. And laundry services, I did mine at a cheap 80 baht...and it came back ironed and with a nice fragance ...Highly recommended. (ok, they do have some self service laundry too at 30 bht per kg??? but definitely not ironed??)

Good hotel with great service. It was a comfortable stay. We stayed 4 nights. The pool was really good. Rooms are clear and specious. Clear washroom. Our one was at 2nd floor with pool view. Would recommend this hotel.

Great stuffs, convenient location

Stayed here for 4 nights. The stuffs are exceptionally well behaved and helpful. They they couldn’t charge us beforehand due to my card issue but didn’t cancel my booking after requesting over email. You can rent a motorbike from the hotel and they have sufficient and safe parking space. 7eleven, laundry and good restaurant nearby so no worries. Very clean room and an amazing pool. Highly recommended
