  Very nice hotel and peaceful and quiet location

  Hotel is located away fork the main tourist area of Koh Phangan, some would describe the location as being in the middle of the Jungle however this has its benefits and offers a very unique experience. Near to the hotel there is a small village with a number of shops and various eateries serving fresh local Thai food. The hotel itself is in a very peaceful setting with a pool and beach right on the doorstep (Thong Nai Pan Yai beach). The pool is small however is perfect for a quick dip and to cool down in the hot weather, there's an ontite shop at the hotel with all the essentials. Plenty of sunloungers around the pool area. I stayed in a fan room on the 1st floor the bed was large and comfy and had a large balcony with outside wooden chairs and tables. The bathroom was also large however the toilet roll was located outside the bathroom - I did find this a bit odd, but I guess it's good exercise with the walking bath and forth to the toilet. I would stay at this hotel again.

  Excellent accommodation, great value, super clean.

  This place has maybe had a facelift recently as the new block of accommodation is really lovely and great value. We stayed in the fan only room which were gone for us and a bargain at 700 Bt per night. The A/C rooms in the next block were more luxurious and had a fridge and TV and were also good value for the area. The pool is great - one of the biggest and best on the beach. There's no restaurant but this really didn't bother us as there's so many places to choose from ( our favourites being the 2C bar up the steep hill with views over the bay and the food court in the village which serves great value, super fresh food with decent portions all served with a smile).Many reviews complaining about the unfriendly staff and issues with extra charges - maybe this was a thing of the past because we had no issues at all. The rooms were cleaned every day and the place was kept really nicely. Highly recommended.

  The hotel is really good located, good pool and nice territory,amaizing seasside. But the service might be better...We had a clogged in our bathroom and we were expected that they would tackle this problem while cleaning up our appartment.But the staff just left it as it was...Another thing-our bedding was poor and with holes everywhere, they changed, but also with holes and staff forgot to put sheets for covering, we spent long time solving this problem,we came to the reception several times and finally they gave us dirty blankets) after some days we saw a chambermaid and she gave us 2 sheets)) There are no hangers in the room, and there are no nets on the windows, so sleeping is either stuffy or with mosquitoesSo,these things spoiled our opinion about the hotel unfortunately.

  We spent a night in the resort: two double beds in a small room, the toilet door couldn't be locked and the only window, with views "to the garden", they say, or the front houses, didn't get much air or light, but for short time it was ok.The kids loved the pool which is deep in the middle but has an area less deep for kids quite big, so it was a great fun. They don't have a restaurant. Need to go somewhere else. The area is not cheap. Has a few restaurants and shops, but is quiet and nice.The beach is beautiful and the pool is next to it.

  Me and my friend stayed here for 5 nights. The hotelrooms and pool are good but the staff are unfriendly and have no understanding of service. After 2 days at the hotel the towels we we’re provided we’re stolen of our balkony. I don’t know if it was another guest or the staff. When speaking to the reception he got angry and ranted about how we we’re responsible for the towels. I told him i would look for the towels some more but they we’re no where to be found. We had only used them once to the pool so i was certain that they we’re stolen and that we didnt loose them. The staff wrote an angry note on our door the next day saying that we should come to the reception. We we’re met by an angry manager who incisted we had lost them on the beach and that we had to pay 800baht for 2 new towels. However in our hotelroom There was a note stating that the cost for a towel was 300baht, 600 for 2 new towels. The manager had to come with us to the room and tried to convince us to pay 800 for 2 towels. After some arguing the staff called us very bad people and personaly insulted us. I told them i didnt care about the money and gave him 600baht and said i didnt want to argue. He kept on arguing and saying my friend was a bad person and they wandered off speaking thai to eachother, probably insulting us. Would never stay here again. The staff make you feel unwelcome and are unhelpfull if you ask questions. There are plenty of nice resorts on this wonderfull beach. Choose something else.
