Location

The resort is located on Salad Beach with beautiful scenery, a white sandy beach with small sand dunes, lined with tropical coconut trees, live coral reefs, tropical fish and crystal clear water. It is only 10 minutes away from the centre of Thong Sala and Ko Pha Ngan Pier. Samui Airport is just around 3 km from the resort.

Facility

The 32 double rooms have a pleasant, inviting atmosphere. 14 villas/houses offer even more space and comfort. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Services such as a baggage storage service and a safe ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a newspaper stand. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park.     I think this was great because it was right by the beach and the swimming pool was nice. Our room was clean on arrival and cleaned most days.They provided free water.The staff were very friendly and even gave my children a sweet ❤️The only problem was the toilet was quite smelly.

    Almost 100 ppl (not a hotel guest) party at the hotel during my stay. I couldn't sleep and had to deal the situation myself until 1am. Tried to email hotel directly explaining the situation and totally got ignored. Luckily I booked through Agoda and they were amazing helping us dealing with this. Not recommend to stay with any of their hotels. worst experience of my life!!

    We stayed at Villa Cha-Cha Koh Phangan 4 nights (instead of 5 nights), and we almost got into a fight with the other hotel and non-hotel guests. These "guests" held a party without the hotel's consent, even invited other people who were not guests at the hotel. The situation was out of control, the staff had to call the police as there were almost 100 people at the end.We expected a nice quiet holiday not the party scene, otherwise we would choose to stay at Haad Rin and not here.The in-house staffs were super nice and tried to be reasonable with these guests. Obviously, it didn't work. Fortunately, we made a booking through Agoda and they helped us contacting the hotel's management, explaining what happened on our last night at the hotel as we also requested some compensation for the previous night. The hotel managements reply was "it was just a minor inconvenience for what happened". Not sure what they would consider a major incident, if almost 100 people hold a party at their hotel, break into their storage room, police has to be called to remove people and the safety of guests and staff is not guaranteed, is considered "minor". Beware to stay with any of their hotels since it's the same management and obviously they don't see security matter is a major issue.

    Book and paid via Agoda for guests 6 night but when arrived there , they told us no rooms left and that we have to clear ourself ! the girl on phone speak very hard with us ! shoot after us very unpolite and did not help anything ! BE CAREFULL WHEN BOOK THERE AND CALL , RE-CALL TO CONFIRM YOUR ROOMS , BEST IS TO CHOOSE A RESORT WHO AT LEAST IS POLITE WITH CUSTOMERS !I can not review rooms and facilities as can not stay there...only the very bad service experience !

    The worst hotel I ever been to. Flies and dead insects everywhere in the room, mosquitoes at night and smell of urine out of the balcony.Stains on the floor and bad linen.The photos doesn’t reflect at all the room appearance - it is full with dust, holes in the walls (and even on in the bathroom’s floor)But the wort was the attitude of the staff and the owner - they just don’t care
