Location

This resort is located on Maenam Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in the area, with a 6-kilometre-long shoreline offering crystal-clear water, which is ideal for swimming, sun-bathing or relaxing. The centre of Maenam village is just 1 km from the resort and guests will find links to the public transport network just a 5-minute walk away. Chaweng is some 6 km from the establishment, and there guests will find shops and tourist attractions, including the Big Buddha. Samui Airport is 10 km from the resort.

Facility

In addition to 10 villas/houses, guests can also choose from a selection of 2 suites, 10 single rooms and 30 double rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The bungalow complex offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a TV room and a library. Rooms

Air conditioning and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. The rooms have a queen-size bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. A trouser press is provided for guests' convenience. For guests who wish to keep active, beach volleyball and volleyball are available. Water sports available at the complex include water skiing, windsurfing, banana boat rides, canoeing, snorkelling and diving. The fitness rooms are perfect for a comprehensive workout.     We chose this hotel because of the relatively good ratings we had seen online and because we already knew the beautiful beaches of Mae Nam. Unfortunately, after 15 days in this hotel, the experience was a real disappointment, and we were very happy to change location and hotel.Apart from the quiet atmosphere, the location, and the breakfast, everything else was negative.Cleanliness was very poor: the bed linen was never changed during our 15-day stay, the bathroom mirror was never cleaned, the beach mattresses and tables were covered with bird droppings, the terrace was not swept, and the bath towels were torn and worn out. This is unacceptable.The only positive point is the small swimming pool, which was clean and usable.The general condition of the hotel is bad and clearly neglected. Everything is worn out and deteriorated. During our stay, two guests were injured when a rotten wooden floorboard at the bar broke; one of them had to be taken to hospital. The broken board was only replaced three days later. Many areas are rusty, decayed, and potentially dangerous. Night lighting is minimal or not working.It is obvious that no real investment has been made in this hotel for a long time. At €100 per night, this property is absolutely not worth the price.Several other guests we spoke to shared the same opinion.

    The bed is hard; it doesn't have springs, just wooden slats. We had a beachfront villa, but the room was small: there was no trash can, no table to put your glasses, keys, etc. There was nowhere to put your suitcase (it had to go on the floor). The breakfast was bad... the coffee and bread were terrible! We had booked 7 nights, and after the 3rd night, we went to another resort. We asked to speak to the manager, and for three days, no one attended to us or listened to us... only the receptionist, who couldn't make any decisions, since if the hotel had emailed Booking.com, they could have refunded us the nights we didn't want to stay there... but no one helped us! At reception, they said for 3 days that the manager was busy, etc

    They have given us oldest room without any basic amenities, the toilet is so unhygienic, no toiletries refilled. The food is not at all upto mark. The breakfast is just for the name of bf. Same everyday. We upgraded with extra charges that room was good. But available f9r one nite only. Again they shifted to oldest room. Not a good experience at all. Would not recommend. The restaurant lunch also not good

    We came here for the second time as we we were here as a couple last year and it was good. This year we brought the whole family with 3 beachside cabins but not so good. Breakfast hot dishes are cold in pans, We had multiple issues with a room but they were fixed. I am not sure what has changed but the the staff are reactive and not really interested unless you have a problem. The food is way below what it should be. The family ordered different lunches, but all were disappointing so after that, we ate out. If you don't put the clean my room out, you will not get replacement water and towels but you are not advised when you check in that is what you need to do. Carl (maybe the head of front of house) tries to help but no one else seems to care The good, great location if you want to chill and eat elsewhere but need a scooter to go anywhere.

    Lovely clean room with great air conditioning and super comfy bed, great shower with amazing view of beach and koh panyang.We had the suite 901 facing the sea, amazing.Pool was clean and an added bonus. Loved the bean bag loungersRestaurant was great but as it was low season the breakfast menu was limited but very well looked after by Carl and his staff who couldn't do enough for us.
