    It’s a really lovely apartment with a balconyThere’s a nice pool As it’s a residence there’s no food on site you can buy drinks in the day but it shuts at nightthere’s a lovely place that does breakfast at the Chaweng Tara hotel (UK Prices) but the food is excellentThe only thing is that it’s close to the beach .Developers are starting to block off access In which case you’ll have to hire a scooter or take a grab bike to the beach There Is NO walkway from the main road outside till you get past the Samui Sheraton You re literally on the road with the cars at high speed for about 700 metresA taxi will charge Yoy £6 /300Th for a short rideI tried to wait for a baht bus but not many came along.It might be worth the property getting together with the others and asking the baht buses or providing some sort of shuttle service for guest twice a dayAs the main road has cut of this part of Chaweng unfortunately.

    I found this residence very close to the beach, about 300m, very pretty, very quiet and much cheaper than a luxury hotel.I spent a week in a very comfortable apartment of about 50m² with all the amenities.The staff are really lovely and very pleasant.They gave me several times during my stay maracoujas to make me juice.No, it was a very pleasant stay that I recommend to all those who want to visit this island and rest !!     This is the place to stay for a peaceful, relaxing holiday. It is owned and excellently managed by Jean Marc from Switzerland, who is the most marvelous and convivial host. It is very conveniently situated to all the main attractions, and Jean Marc is always there to help you get the most from your stay in beutiful Ko Samui.

    We stayed in a great two bedroom & sofa bed apartment. Little kitchenette included, fridge, utensils, microwave, toaster, induction hob etc... so we could make some meals at home and bring down to eat beside the pool. The pool was perfect, towels and sun loungers provided. Staff helpful. Only problem was that it was far from the main Chaweng restaurants and bars, a taxi is required. 7/11 and a couple of restaurants 15 minute walk away. Small beach ten minute walk away. Beds reasonably comfortable, showers great, air con very strong!

    We absolutely loved our 2 weeks family vacation(July/August 2016)! Jean Marc(Owner) was extremely helpful with everything. He helped us organize our tours, gave awesome suggestions for places to visit,good places to eat. & helpful tips on how much things cost in Koh Samui(saved us $ on taxis). Jean Marc even took us to exchange $ our first day there at the mall. Our son's IPhone and Mark(Thai manager) arranged to get it fixed while we were there. Jean Marc(owner) and Mark(Thai manager who speaks English/French) went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Thank you Jean Marc and Mark for everything!!! The place is super clean & comfortable. Well maintained by the wonderful staff. Beach is a short 3 minute walk to one of the best beaches in all of Koh Samui. Great Wifi service. Beautiful pool area to relax. I bought breakfast items to prepare for my family in their kitchenette. This was great because we loved to leave early to beach and tours. I loved how safe, quiet, and relaxing it was, it felt like we were coming home every day.We absolutely loved our stay from beginning to end. We are already planning our next family vacation with the entire family and will definitely be staying at Koh Samui Residence again!
