Location

This hotel is located in the south of Thailand, directly beside Chaweng beach, one of the most beautiful on the magical island of Koh Samui. The centre of Chaweng is only a few minutes away on foot, and offers guests countless amenities such as restaurants, bars, nightclubs, and shops. Links to the public transport network are located in the vicinity, and Koh Samui airport lies some 4 km away.

Facility

The resort has a lift and features 145 rooms and 5 suites. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car. Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can relax on the balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. Additional features include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a stereo system, a DVD player and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, bathrobes and a telephone are provided. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Sport

Guests can work out or just relax in the outdoor and indoor pools. Kids can splash about in a special swimming area just for them. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. Sun loungers and parasols on the terrace invite guests to relax and unwind. For those who wish to stay active while on holiday, the resort offers beach volleyball. With windsurfing, canoeing, sailing and snorkelling available, fans of water sports will have plenty to choose from. Sport and leisure facilities at the resort include a gym and aerobics. Various wellness options are available at the complex, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a beauty salon, massage treatments and hydrotherapy treatments. Children are well looked after in the kids' club.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a non-smoking restaurant, a dining room, a café and a bar. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. A generous breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. Lunch is served as à la carte, and guests can choose between a buffet, à la carte and a set menu for dinner. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals.

    We stayed at Chaweng Regent Beach Resort in Koh Samui from May 6–10, 2026, and our experience was absolutely outstanding from start to finish.From the moment we arrived and were welcomed with tea and ice cream, we felt taken care of. The staff at reception were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. They assisted us with several things, including arranging a rental car for a day, and made the entire process completely seamless.The rooms were immaculate, spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The food and drinks were excellent, and I have to specifically mention the piña coladas, they were fantastic! The resort's location right on the beach was perfect. Each morning we enjoyed walking along the shore at sunrise, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. It was honestly one of the most relaxing vacations I've ever had.What really stood out was the level of service throughout the entire property. Everyone we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to care about making our stay special.One memorable moment came on our third day when we struck up a conversation with a gentleman while walking through the resort. After chatting for a few minutes, we learned he was the General Manager. He was incredibly kind, approachable, and professional. It spoke volumes about the culture of the resort and showed that the positive atmosphere starts at the very top and carries through the entire team.We would absolutely recommend Chaweng Regent Beach Resort to anyone visiting Koh Samui and will definitely stay here again on our next trip.Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience!     My stay at this resort in Chaweng Beach was absolutely outstanding in every possible way. The location is simply perfect, set on a breathtaking private beach with crystal-clear water and an atmosphere of pure relaxation.The facilities are exceptional and impeccably maintained: two beautiful swimming pools, comfortable sun loungers, and a beachfront restaurant that offers a truly delightful setting throughout the day. Every detail of the property reflects quality, care, and elegance.What truly made this experience unforgettable, however, was the STAFF.
