      Poor from the start ! Upon arrival they wasn’t even aware I had booked through booking.com. I had to provide them with a confirmation email Was placed in a room at the front of the building, it couldn’t be any closer to the main road. It is very loud all day and night. Thin glass sliding doors overlooking car park. They advertise ‘mountain views’A bulb was out in the room and took more then 24 hours to replace. One of the locks on the door wouldn’t work, was given another key and it still doesn’t work. No safe in the room The hotel advertises moped hire, it even says it on the window at the entrance, however they do not provide this now. Was told this morning they had ‘finished’Lack of understanding English. It’s says they provide transfers from the airport, I called after booking they do not! Uncomfortable bed , poor AC. Poor washing facilities. Urine stained toilet seat. It really is desperate. The only slight good thing is the distance from all the nightlife, it’s about a 5 minute walk to all the popular bars, ark bar, green mango etc otherwise this would of been 1 star all day longGutted I paid up front For 4 nights to be honest

      Had a good time here clean and everything worked ok bed clean and bathroom clean had no problems

      Was here in april 17 for one week was happy with the accommodation clean bedding and room WiFi good in room had no problems here ..close to shop and nice walk to the central festival shopping mail .quite room I was at the back but had a good night sleep .

      Would never stay again.Only decent thing was the sports channels on the TV.Showers were constantly cold and a few days we were there we had to buy our own water to flush the toilets when telling the staff this they acted stupid saying they didn't understand. WiFi was poor never worked right usual demand of 500 baht for the room key then 500 for the safe key which upon checkout they didn't want to give back. Never felt safe either there room was filthy too. My advice there's a hotel up the road called Sp Chaweng Palace stay there cheaper than here and has a pool.
