Sport

There are indoor and outdoor pools and a children's swimming area. A sun terrace, sun loungers, and parasols are available. The wide range of activities offered at the resort ensures that there is something new to do every day, including cycling/mountain biking, beach volleyball, crazy golf, golf and fishing. With jet skiing, banana boat rides, canoeing, sailing, catamaraning, kayaking, snorkelling and diving available, fans of water sports will have plenty to choose from. The surroundings of the complex offer an ideal environment for skiing. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, badminton, darts, bowling and aerobics.     We LOVED our stay. The location is quiet but super accessible - the staff are utterly fantastic, they can’t do enough to help. We celebrated my mother’s birthday - they organised a BEAUTIFUL cake which was personalised to our description. The BBQ was fab - we have never seen so much food. Lana and Hans are wonderful, too! Such hands on owners who are clearly wonderful people - they even helped us with arranging travel in Bangkok - they know their stuff.The pool for a three bed villa (Lime) was great for us all to be in (with silly inflatables). The beach was great fun - someone said in another review about it being spiky sand or whatnot, yes there is a band with bits of coral and seashells, but that means there are fish and crabs and sea cucumbers visible just off the shore; the beach is beautiful! Perfect for intrepid and happy children and relaxing adults. The breakfast was fab - loved it coming to the villa each morning. The coffees and ice cream were necessary but also fab.We had three generations on holiday, didn’t hire a car, did go to the reggae bar for food and six sense for drinks, and absolutely took advantage of Idyllic’s offering to order take out (great) Thai food to be delivered to your villa (perfect after a long day).We can’t speak highly enough about Idyllic ❤️

    We had an amazing stay in this boutique hotel during our holiday. The Beachfront Villa Rose was really idyllic, with private pool, direct beach access and perfectly equiped. It's located on a romantic, private and very quiet beach with sun beds and kayaks from the hotel, where you can watch the sunrise every morning. But next to the beautiful villas and location we would like to highlight the excellent and very friendly service provided by the hotel, started with the owner Hans & Lana and through every member of the staff --> breakfast perfectly served in the villa, cleaning/pool/garden, organizing taxi, laundry, scooter, restaurant recommendations, etc.. And not to forget the massages in the garden of the villa. Hope to see you again!

    Idyllic stay for a family reunion

    We could not believe how lucky we were to find this place: the resort is located right next to Six Sense Samui, so we got the same private beach at a lot cheaper price! It was an ideal location and configuration for our family group (4 families from around the world): we had a sea front villa with the direct access to the beautiful beach, stunning views, the pool was kid friendly and used a lot by our grandkids (aged 3 and 7). The villa was spacious, spotlessly clean, grounds and pool maintenance impeccable, and the kitchen's well equiped too.Everything is within a relatively short drive: attractions, shops, cafes (we had a car).The hosts and staff were very friendly and helpful, went an extra mile to answer to every question or request. The suggestions in regards to the local food and shops were spot on. And home made ice cream and coffee were a pleasant bonus.Would gladly return for the next relaxing holiday.

    Idyllic Samui - the name says it all!

    This was the second time we'd been lucky enough to stay at Idyllic Samui. It is a very special place. The setting and the villas are excellent - they are maintained to a high standard and you have all the amenities you need. Being able to order breakfast or other food is really useful and being able to buy coffee/ice cream/drinks in the Reception area is a nice addition. The real strength of Idyllic Samui is the staff. Everyone goes above and beyond to make sure your holiday is special. They advise on trips - our trips to the islands and the elephant sanctuary were highlights of our stay and that's because we were advised on the best tours to take. Staff will order transport for you - that meant we could easily to Fisherman's Village and other local places. You can book massages at very reasonable prices. The combination of the beauty of the setting, the excellent situation and easy transport, and the helpfulness of staff make this a really special place for a holiday. We'd like to thank everyone for making our stay there so special.

    This place is amazing. We stayed in the Beach Rose Villas - 3 separate villas around a private pool with direct access through your own gate to the beach. The photos do not do it justice. It really was idyllic for our family of 7 adults and one 18 month year old.Nothing was too much trouble for the team from cleaning, to arranging transport, to ordering food, to helping sort our flights home. Really lovely people - all of them.It's a little out of the way so you have to get transport to most places if you want to eat out but it is worth it. We hired mopeds for the duration which were very cheap.
