Scandalous! I asked to book until the 23rd, but the hotel didn’t understand and checked us out on the 22nd instead. As a result, they entered our room without our consent, threw our belongings in the hallway without supervision, and even stole our headphones! I asked for a refund, but they refused and treated us like garbage. It’s a disgrace, truly a disgrace! On top of that, there’s never anyone at reception, the hotel is in the middle of nowhere, and the pool isn’t even maintained. Avoid at all costs!

This hotel is a nice layout but quite a few problems as running as a hotel.1. Reception..never anyone there.2. Breakfast time..had choice of just 4 items. Which is ok but its nice to have bigger choice. We asked about item..kitchen staff said no have..lol.Now just 3 items..i think they just couldnt be bothered to cook..Other peoole here wanted drink or eat during day..but guess what.. restaurant and bar closed..Nice place..layout.no other guest here so like a private pool.They lack hotel provisions..shame.. as nice place

Stayed here for three nights in a twin room. The rooms were nice plenty of space. There was a mini fridge and air conditioning which both worked well. The bathroom was nice good shower. The wifi was not great in our room. The pool was lovely and very clean. The breakfast was ok. You only get one cup of coffee and if you want more than one you pay extra for it. It is a bit out of the way from fishermans village which is fine during the day but I wouldn't like to be walking it in the dark. There are 2 bikes at the hotel that you can borrow for one hour free of charge. If you have kids it would be a good spot as it was very quite there and so was the pool. I probably wouldn't go back here but it was fine. Nothing really to complain about.

The hotel is close to the airport which is a good point but too far from the city. But the hotel's equipment is outdated, no elevator, air conditioning is noisy, mosquitoes are present everywhere and mostly the staff is rude (a first in 6 hotels). I say no if you do not want to spoil your holiday.

6 of us stayed in the Natural Samui for 7 nights in 2 3 person rooms, the hotel is very pretty and our rooms were on the pool side, so we could walk out of our room and jump into the pool. The Hotel staff were friendly, helpful and very nice. Meals are served in the restaurant up to 3.30 pm. Fisherman's village is a short 10 min walk from the hotel, As it's out of town so to speak it's very peaceful and looks particularly pretty at night with the lights in the trees and geckos on the walls.
