Guests have a choice of 48 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, a safe and a cash machine are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The resort has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (no extra charge). Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and a fan. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. For guests' convenience, units include a refrigerator and a tea/coffee station. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Guests will also find slippers in their rooms. A hairdryer and bathrobes are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. The outdoor pool complex includes a children's swimming area and is ideal for working out or just relaxing. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. The resort offers an extensive outdoor sports programme, including cycling/mountain biking, beach volleyball, volleyball and golf. With jet skiing, canoeing, kayaking, snorkelling and diving available, fans of water sports will have plenty to choose from. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, billiards, darts, yoga, callisthenics and aerobics. Various wellness options are available at the resort, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, live music, a dance club and a nightclub.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a dining room, a café and a bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include half board and full board. A continental breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner offer plenty of delicious variety. Diet meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. The resort also offers special catering options.

    Loud music played all day

    I booked a 10 night stay here, after reading the reviews I was quite happy it was going to be a great place to stay. Unfortunately no where on the booking site did it state that music is played so loud at the pool from 12-6pm. I came away to relax not listen to dance music all day. I complained and asked to speak the manager about refunding my last 4 nights stay so I could go somewhere else. I was told the manager wasn’t available and the Sunday was the last day of loud music. I got a moped for a few days to get out and about and returning to the hotel the music was so loud I could hear it across the road. Long story cut short they only offered to refund two nights which I’m grateful for but it wasn’t enough. On another note, in the rooms you can here absolutely everything going on, there is no sound proofing at all or much privacy as the rooms face each other, you can close the blinds or curtains but then you are in darkness. I would avoid this hotel unless you like partying

    I visited the swimming pool and had a great experience. The staff were very friendly, especially “Noi,” who took excellent care of me.After that, I went to the restaurant downstairs. The food was delicious, although the price was slightly on the higher side.The service at the restaurant was also impressive. “zine and Kwan” were very attentive and kept checking if I needed anything else. Overall, I was very pleased with the experience.     Amazing Hotel in the most beautiful setting

    What an outstanding stay. The hotel is beautiful. True paradise in a lovely setting. We loved every part of it. Breakfast was delightful, we enjoyed yoga and Pilates with Rain, the beach club party was also fun. Highly recommend I can’t wait to stay again.     Mixed experience. The food and drinks were good, but overall we expected a much better experience.The place felt poorly maintained – our sunbed was dirty, there were bird droppings on the table, and several stones in the pool were cracked and loose, which seemed unsafe.Service was inconsistent. The male staff were friendly, but the woman assigned to our area was mostly on her phone and never really came to us. We ended up having to go order ourselves, even though service is supposed to happen at the sunbed. We also didn’t feel properly welcomed on arrival.We were also required to prepay 7000 THB, which made the experience feel very expensive for what you actually get in return.We visited in mid-April, so maybe it’s not peak season, but that shouldn’t affect basic cleanliness and service. It was also my birthday, which we had mentioned in advance hoping for a small gesture or surprise. Instead, my partner was told he could buy a bottle of champagne for 11,500 THB, which felt quite impersonal.Overall, good food and drinks, but poor value for money and not an experience we would recommend.
