Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Services such as a baggage storage service and a safe ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (no extra charge). Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. Guests are sure to get a good night's sleep in the double bed.     This hotel is very nice and people are super friendly. Great breakfast too. But beware that a standard room has no balcony or ocean view. These rooms are very small and tucked at the ends of the building, almost like an afterthought. We stayed one night in the balcony rooms and it was SO much better - not just the view, but more space, better ventilation etc. Also beware that the tide in the bay gets extremely low: for half the day it is ankle deep as far out as you can walk. Full tide makes it about thigh high deep. If you enjoy swimming in the ocean, you may want to choose another location.

    First of all, we had the unpleasant experience of finding out that our room was not available and we would have to stay in another room for one night. The feeling that we had arrived in a place and could unpack and enjoy those days, we did not have. Moreover, the room we stayed in the first night, although they called it an upgrade, smelled bad and was dirty. Then the breakfast that starts at 08:00 and which is not even ready at this time, there are still foils on the food and you have to wait for the hotel staff to take pictures of the food before you can start, I don’t understand why. If you plan excursions, these usually start between 07:00 and 08:00 and so you have no way to enjoy breakfast, which is why out of 5 breakfasts I missed 3. In terms of cleanliness for a hotel with an exceptional rating, be it 2, 3 or 7 stars, there is space to improve. I liked the location because it has a more intimate beach. I also liked the staff at the bar and restaurant in the second part of the day, very nice. If I were to come back here on this island again, I would look first for another hotel, maybe there are better options.     Quiet and pleasant boutique resort, off the beaten track

    This is a quiete, pleasant, mid size boutique resort with beach access, just off the edge of Lamai Beach. Decent sized on site pool in lush garden. Sea view outdoor restaurant serves tasty and varied food and drinks menu. Room was large with balcony and seaview.     This boutique resort was great. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help with any requests. The location is in the far northern end of Lamai so it's nice and quiet but still not far from restaurants and shops. The resort was clean and neat. The buffet breakfast was great and had a good variety of food on offer. Kayaking was also great. The facilities were excellent. Overall a great place to stay if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle and just relax.
