Location

The resort is just 20-minutes by car from the Samui International Airport as well as the Chaweng entertainment district of Koh Samui. Bophut, where the well-known Fisherman’s Village is located, is a 5-minute drive from the resort, and Meanam Village is just a 10-minute walk. The resort is situated directly on the beach off of the main road, offering an intimate and peaceful setting for your holidays.

Facility

The resort has 94 rooms, including 6 single rooms. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to surf the internet and catch up on email. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The resort has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a library. Guests' vehicles can be parked in the garage, subject to availability.     I felt at home- Tropical garden facing rooms kept us cool in peak summer. 2 pools for different mood. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle- to keep family time on top priority. Staff at the reception and at the restaurant makes it all easy while your stay.To mention the tour Guide… who sits near the front desk- she will give you a clear guidance of what to do.     Beautiful setting, rooms clean and all you need, we did ask ground floor when booking and didnt get and wanted extra payment to change..No...Food in restaurant is good value and fresh, staff are lovelyRight on beach where you can walk to.several lovely restaurantsDown side pool was unusable for 3 days as struggled to clean,sun loungers need cushions as rock hard as it are the beds( huge tho)All in all lovely 2nd visit but alot more children than last yr

    Great rooms, staff, and food. When booking I always ensure the hotel has WiFi, as I require it for all aspects of my life. The service here is appalling, signal continually drops out. If I had known how bad it was I would not have booked. To make matters worse, the tv also shuts down after 15 minutes. I have been here a week , with three more to go, not happy , would have never had booked if I had known.

    A hidden gem

    This hotel is a real gem beachfront with amazing views over to Koh Phangan. Just a few steps away from the ocean. It was so relaxing and place to chill. Breakfast was excellent in beachfront restaurant. Main thing was the staff so friendly and attentive. Already planning our return trip 😀✈️☀️🕶️

    This wasn’t the best hotel experience we’ve had. The pool area is not clean and needs a good jet wash and scrub as well as the rest of the grounds. There aren’t many umbrellas so shade is limited and there are none overlooking the beach area. Pool towels were often stained and very dirty.The rooms are pleasant but not cleaned well and the shower curtain was really dirty and stained. We had multiple lizards in our air con unit which smelt really bad when they died and decomposed. Reception weren’t very helpful with removing them and could only offer us a spray for the smell. The kettle was faulty and did not stop boiling which resulted in the handle burning our hand when touched. The balcony was lovely and big however. The reception staff try to be helpful but don’t offer any real solutions to the problems sadly. We asked to move rooms due to lizard issue and terrible smell but they could not accommodate until the last day which was too late then. They compensated with a free meal which was a nice gesture but it didn’t make up for the poor stay and service throughout our holiday. This is not a 4* quality hotel.On a positive note the view whilst sitting for breakfast is lovely, the evening food is very good and the hotel is in a good location only 10 mins from fisherman’s village.
