    Awful take a miss

If i could give this place a no star review i would. First off the hotel is dated and run down. The room had a great view but was worn out, which is fine. I can do worn out but not for what i paid. The staff asked for a 500 baht deposit for room key but then stated we did not pay when we checked in and therefore would not refund the money when we checked out. They were very rude when I told them that we were leaving early because of the noise from the neighbouring pool bar. They claimed it was not their fault but don't understand that it made for a horrible half a day that we spent here. The Again I'm OK with noise, but not for the price I paid per night. I politely asked if there was any anyway we could receive a portion or a refund for the night that we did not stay but they were very rude. After of course they said we dis not pay the key deposit. I can reiterate enough how loud the music was from next door. That was the deal breaker when everything else is take into consideration. For the price take a pass

if i could give this place 0 stars i probably would. first of we checked out 1 day early out of our 2 night stay and heres why. the hotel was dated and run down, which is fine i have no problem with that except for the amount of money we were paying for night. when we checked in yesterday, (thursday dec. 25th), the staff at the front desk asked for a 500 baht deposit for the room key but then stated that we didnt pay anything when we checked in and therefore would not refund us any money. they were not very helpful when we told them we were leaving early due to the noise from a neighbouring hotel, which by the way you could hear from far down the beach. im okay with the noise but not for the price we payed for night and the fact that in the details of the hotel it’s labeled as a “quite, relaxing beach getaway”. later in the evening of the same day we checked in we were planning to leave the next morning which we are doing right now as i type this. we were contacting the expedia agent which was talking to the hotel management politely asking for a refund or credit of anykind due to the fat they have stolen about $300 CAD dollars from us but the hotel said no refunds and theres nothing they could do. overall, we’re extremely disappointed and would not recommend this hotel if your wanting a relaxing stay.

    1st impressions don’t last.

We stayed at the beach villa . When we arrived it looked stunning and we were pleased with our choice. The following day the issues started. There is a broken drain somewhere in or under the villa and the bathroom/kitchen is constantly full of drain flies (hundreds of them)?there is also a really bad smell which only goes after the room has been cleaned. Breakfast is very poor and probably the worst in Asia I’ve experienced. Pool area and the grounds needs a full refurb (get rid of all the broken loungers and do some weeding) Worse thing was watching the staff dig a big hole in the beach then bury plastic bags full of rubbish. !!! Is this not illegal? I would not recommend or return. It’s a shame as the place has potential but too many staff sitting about doing nothing. Oh, and there is no bar or restaurant. Poor

Great stop in Koh Samui at a good price!

Had a great time at this resort, is big and the direct access to the beach is very convenient. The breakfast (you can add it for a little extra on your regular room price) was really good and with an amazing view of the pool and the beach. Staff was very friendly and the rooms were big, clean and with good aircon. Definitely recommended!

Nice resort, great price - fair!

Nice clean rooms. Everyday if you don’t want the room cleaned they will put water and toilet roll infront of the door.Nice hotel, WiFi (router) in every room. Two nice pools, larger one at the front of the hotel. Nice beach.A few restaurants within a 1 min walk which was good and a very basic convenience store across the road, or a slightly bigger one round the corner.4/5, would of been nice if there was a beach bar or somewhere to get some drinks/snacks close to the beach / pool. Other than a few cans at reception.
