  Stay away, it's a detox resort for Chinese.

  We stayed there in 2017 where the resort was worn but acceptable for the price. Just stayed there again in a deluxe bungalow for a few weeks and in the three years the place has developed into something quite awful for ordinary tourists. The place is so much violated. The staff there are plenty of is lazy and hanging on chairs everywhere at the resort with a mobile in hand most of the day although there is infinitely much that should be arranged. The management is NOT existing so stay away and let them sail their own lake by leaping for detox Chinese. Despite the sadness of the corona virus we were lucky they kept a lot of the Chinese away so we had a peaceful stay and could enjoy it in peace and quiet, they linger for the Chinese and they risk breaking the throat of now the corona virus especially holds Chinese and many other tourists away.

  The beach just in front of the resort kids like it very much. Every morning can view the sun rise and enjoy walking on the beach. The water and the beach is very clean. Reception of the resort and the staff is very friendly.

  Where do I start?As has been said by others, this is now a Holistic cleansing hotel, especially for the Chinese clientele.Self enemas and vomiting are the order of the day here.Every day, from 6am onwards, the Chinese are carrying opaque buckets of human excrement from their rooms to a delivery point.Dozens and dozens of them.The stench was awful, which was OK for the Chinese, as they came equipped with face masks!!!Don't believe their website, or description on 'Booking.com'.There is no restaurant.This was closed sometime ago.Guests on a bed & breakfast deal are provided with vouchers, and have to go to a nearby restaurant (YOU & ME restaurant) for breakfast.The choice was fairly limited.There is NO bar onsite.Rooms are of a good size, and are regularly cleaned, however, every single day the maid would leave the balcony doors unlocked.If you want a soft and comfortable mattress then you've chosen the wrong place.The beds were extremely hard, so much so that we pulled out the duvet and stuck it under the bottom sheet.Receptionists were not too helpful, and seemed uninterested.Safety deposit boxes were in the reception area, not ideal, but were free to use.On a couple of occasions during our stay, a pump truck would arrive at 6:30am and start pumping out the drains.Right outside our window (THANKS)!!!.

  Dissappointed and disgusted

  Stayed here several times in the past and enjoyed my stay so visited the hotel to book a villa for next year. I have never been so disappointed in all my life. The hotel has changed hands to a Chinese/Japan company who are promoting it as a health spa. We sat on the beach with guest who are currently staying in the hotel and were told of its horrors. Some of what we witnessed were its health guests giving themselves enenima’s and then carrying their buckets of waste through the hotel and depositing it in a drain right next to the pool. Loads of seats with a bucket next to them are set out in the afternoon this is for the health guests to drink special tea made in giant urns which make them vomit. The stench at times is unbelievable. What really saddened me more than anything was the poorThai’s who have to clean up after this lot. In the past even if not staying in the hotel you were made welcome, could have a drink and something to eat in the little cafe. Not anymore you are told you cannot stay the atmosphere is awful.

  The staff here are very friendly and helpful. Room is big with reasonable price. Rental of car is only 1200 bath for full day. The location is good, easily accessible to chaweng’s hustle and bustle street shopping and lots of eateries surrounding. Its massage service is of good quality too.
