Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge. Further services and facilities include a car hire service, room service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service to explore the surrounding area.

Rooms

Rooms feature a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Air conditioning and a fan ensure comfortable indoor temperatures. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Sport

The indoor and outdoor pools are ideal for exercise as well as relaxation. Sun loungers and parasols on the terrace invite guests to relax and unwind. There are many ways to relax or stay active in the complex, including crazy golf, golf, snorkelling, diving and massage treatments. An entertainment programme and live music are also options for entertainment.

Meals

The dining area includes a restaurant and a bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. A continental breakfast guarantees a great start to the day. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. The resort also offers special catering options.

    A Hidden Gem in Koh Samui 🏝️✨

    Absolutely loved our stay at Secret Garden and honestly struggled to find anything to fault. We stayed in one of the poolside bungalows which was incredibly spacious, spotless and set in such a beautiful, relaxing setting. Being only around 10 minutes from the airport made transfers so easy, but once you’re there it still feels peaceful and tucked away.The food was some of the best we had during our Thailand trip and the atmosphere in the evenings was lovely too — live music, themed food nights, unlimited tacos, happy hour… it always felt like there was something going on without ever being too busy or loud.Also a special mention for the hotel dog, who completely stole my heart and may or may not have received a saved rasher of breakfast bacon every morning. Would happily stay here again.

    Hard to write this because the staff are lovely and the restaurant attached is great serving good food and puts in great entertainment. The bungalow however leaves a lot to be desired dark dingy accommodation windows have been blanked out to hide the pool filter and bins directly outside the window. The bathroom sink is always blocked and dirty blank water comes back up out of it . The shower needs some serious work dirty grout falling out with cracked tiles everywhere. Hairdryer is stripped back to the green and yellow cable inside and dangerous. If you open blind about the bed it’s a grubby tiled roof straight into your view . In general the whole bungalow is just a dump ….. not what I would call comfortable at all . One tiny wardrobe that would only hang clothes for children no drawer space to put underwear or personal items . The stone is grubby too not a please t place to hang two weeks of clothes . We’ve had to pile clothes h on top as nowhere else to put them . Wouldn’t recommend at all ..

    We stayed for 10 nights using two of the clasic rooms. What a wonderful small hotel complex, fantastic location right on the beach. The food never disappointed, the evening when entertainment was on was always very good. All the staff and I mean all the staff outstanding and a pleasure to have spent 10 days. A real suprise and can we keep it "a secret garden" i doubt it after thia review. Would we go again 110% ifwe find ourselves back in Koh Samui.

    Just stayed here for 12 days and have had a nice stay thanks. A small complex of 14 rooms we stayed in the classic bungalows. There are 2 on the complex and we had both of them. Stairs up to the bungalows, air con unit in bedroom but at night left the door open which cooled the sitting area down.Facilities as stated, include bottled water dropped off every day and clean towels if wanted. Cleaners were fantastic, great job done by them. Although the bathrooms cleaned they could do with updating. Bonus with shower gel and shampoo provided. The restaurant was great, food was very reasonably priced. Cocktails are very good as well. Entertainment on 3 times a week and Sundays seem to be the busiest so make sure you book. Staff again were very good.Close to the beach and seemed to have water activities. The pool and sunbeds well that were a bonus and no sunbed wars. On site was also where you could go for massages etc which seemed very popular.In all great place many thanks

    Myself, my partner and our 5 year old son stayed here from 22nd December til 26th December, we had the most wonderful time here which we will never forget. The staff were all so friendly, helpful, attentive and kind. We had massages which were 10/10, the food was outstanding 👌 the entertainment was superb also. We want to give Sam a shout out because he always noticed us and was so friendly to us and our child. Such a little gem we found , accommodation was good.. when we highlighted a problem it was sorted asap with no issues . The rooms have an element of being rustic so to speak but we liked that. Thank you so much to all the staff we would definitely come here again.
