    Great value in quiet location

    rating11 Apr 2026

Lovely hotel that was very well kept and great value. Its not the kind of hotel you would go to get pampered as they lack room service, spa and restaurant (other than simple breakfast). But we weren't going for the hotel experience with all the wonderful beaches and islands in the area.We booked two adjoining rooms with interconnecting door as we had our teens with us. The rooms were very spacious and all have balcony onto the pool. The beds were very comfortable. The closed bathrooms (I hate hotels that have open bathrooms) had standup showers but no tub.The hotel is in a very quiet area with lots of lush greenery around it and the impressive cliffs some 200m away. Its a good 15-20 min walk to the beach. They have a 3X daily free shuttle to the beach road ("downtown"). Or with Grab you can get there for less than 100 baht. We walked most of the time to burn off all the calories from the delicious Thai food we were indulging in.Just down the road (<300m) there's plenty of delicious food offerings: good pizza at Glur; and, really excellent Thai food at Rajchaprug bar. Also if you need to wash clothes there's laundry service closeby.

    Gorgeous View - Comfortable Hotel

    rating10 Dec 2025

Overall, the hotel was very good. The view was absolutely gorgeous with views of the cliffs. The pool area is lovely and relaxing. The hotel is quite far from the main street, but if you don’t mind walking, it’s definitely manageable. The shower was a bit unusual, as there were no showers doors or shower curtain, so water gets everywhere. All in all though, we enjoyed our stay.

This hotel is set in the cliff sidea.at the top of Ao Nang. However a good 30-40 minute walk into the centre of Ao Nang. Cannot fault the cleanliness and pool area. Please note there is no bar just a small coffee shop. There are near by restaurants along the road leading to hotel. Good air con, large comfortable bed and good pillows. Perfect if you want peace and quiet but almost too quite, staff are attentive but not much conversation. Hotel in my opinion lacks character and feels a bit souless. No atmosphere, and lots of rules that almost felt a little like walking on egg shells.

    The worst experience

    rating07 Feb 2023

Please do not go here. Here are the reasons:It is very far from the beach, about 30 min of walking, not many shuttles, the first one at 11:00am.The reception people do not speak English very well and are not helpful. in fact, very rude and unprofessional. During my stay they put me to 3 different rooms, with not much explanation. They said the hotel was fully booked, and that was not true. When I said, please do not put me to a different room, they said if you do not wish to move, you can go to a different hotel. On my last day of my stay, they asked me to move to a different room.Internet signal in the hotel is not stable, and breaking off often.Outside the hotel on the road to the main street, there can be snakes as the mountain is near. I saw one in the middle of the street, the reception lady was laughing when I told her. Later they told me, the snakes are everywhere around the trees, even in the garden of the hotel. It is better to give a bit more money, and go to a different hotel.

Nice hotel, nice rooms, too many rules

    rating08 Feb 2020

Have arrived at the hotel after 8pm, tired from a long long day of international traveling. Was accepted with a smile, help with my luggage and a welcome drink. Then came a laminated note, saying what will it cost me if I get anything dirty/broken/misplaced. Pic enclosed. When I asked what do you mean by dirty, since I'll be using things, I was shown a pic of blood droplets on the bed sheet 🤦🏽‍♀️So if you are still at that age, beware. This is not a cheap hostel and I've found it insulting. That is the main reason for the low score.Of course I had to check the bed sheet, so I won't be charged and behold, it had a stain. Showed it at reception and apparently stains are acceptable as long as you get them in advance 🤔Room has TV, mini fridge, kettle, coffee, tea and 2 bottles of water that can be refreshed daily. Aircon is great, there's a safe and blow dryer.Towels have a great smell 🌺 I got the elephant shape. The pool open at 9am till 8pm. It's small but cozy. Towels for the pool are supplied at the lobby.Breakfast - comes with the room, has a good variety to choose from.Wifi - most of the times is good. The hotel is located about 35 minutes from the airport and 2 km from the beach.Hotel has free beach transfer, but you need to register upfront.Walking there is nicer. There's food, drinks, massage and shopping all around.I've booked 3 nights and all in all it was an enjoyable stay.During my stay the average age was over 70, so if that's an issue, reconsider your spot.I would advise management to respect guests and not be greedy. If you have any questions, feel free to ask ☺️
