  My family love the property, and there is privacy of the private pool where we can swim at any time we want. Its perfect setting for a family. The only thing that should be improved on is the frequency and efficiency of service, its rather inconvenient for us to reach the office which is situated at Seava House.

  Stayed at the Ao Nang Garden in March 2012 for about 5 days. The location is rather remote from Ao Nang Beach and Downtown (about 3-4 km, roughly 6-7 minutes by car). It is a complex of about 40 villas, of which Ao Nang Garden owns about 10 of I think. The others are mostly "holiday expats" owning a villa. The villa complex is cut off by a security wall equipped with CCTV, so you get some sort of security feeling, but I would not rely much on the security staff. The house had 3 bedrooms, all on upper floor, a huge living room and kitchen on the first floor along with a guest toilet. The upper floor had only one bathroom with a missing curtain (you still had the doors). The shower was of poor quality, the water pressure was not god. The villa is only cleaned once per week (which is poor according to other hotels in Thailand), I had to request three times the linen to be replaced. Overall, there are always some setbacks, but I would certainly recommend this property, as its away from the crazy downtown part, but yet not that far that it is difficult t get to the beach. One thing you need for sure in Krabi: CAR ! Try to rent it from the airport (we rented it from AVIS at Krabi Airport, paid around 100 $ for a 4 days rental of a D-category car which is a great deal for Europe, still costly in Thailand). Remember the insurance to cover yourself from car thefts. No swimming pool and fitness center offered here.

  The agent has offered an equivalent villa with 2 shower rooms even with bigger pool, intact Internet, TV and without changing the house on the last day. Finally the same as there has booked just another villa. Unfortunately, this was rejected by the guests because of one person who was satisfied with nothing. So they opted for a villa that was not prepared for check in that day. Similarly, the switch to a different house on the last day. Thanks to Heidi, the only one person who was willing to manage the situation with clear head and decency. The agent apologized already for this circumstance and does hereby again.

  Nice villa, shame about the management

  Upon arrival we were moved to another villa different from the one we selected. Our villa we were supposed to be was still a building site. The villa we were put in did not have working wifi or a tv nor did it have any basic amenities. Crucially there was no toilet paper or bottled water. The management who greeted us upon arrival were utterly unprofessional and we did negotiate a reduced rate but this should not have been necessary if the service had been good. The property was listed as having 3 bathrooms, this should really say 3 toilets as there was only one hot shower. Once the wifi and tv were sorted out things were fine. Until the last night when we were moved to the unfinished villa!!! Totally ridiculous and again unprofessional. I would like to point out that the management agency I dealt with was called Tropical Property Agency Co Ltd and all emails and personal correspondence were with a man called Ralf Draht. The villa itself was fine and if you have transport like a moped would fine for a lovely Ao Nang holiday. I would however, recommend dealing with Tropical Property Agency Co Ltd.
