Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. They were always warm, attentive, and made us feel so welcome.We stayed in the private pool villa and loved it. The buggy service to and from our room was always prompt, efficient, and friendly, making it incredibly convenient throughout our stay.Every staff member we encountered was courteous, helpful, and genuinely cared about making our experience memorable.     Superb - unforgettable stay at Ban Sainai

    We’ve had the best experience here, the room is clean and spacious, the swimming pool is amazing with great view and the breakfast also nice. The overall resort area is scenic and beautiful to walk around. The location is a little bit far from the Ao Nang beach, but they have free shuttle transport to Ao Nang Beach every hour, so it’s easy to go around with no extra expenses. The staff also amazing and thoughtful, they upgraded our room for free and even celebrated my birthday with a cake during our breakfast. Thank you for all the staffs who make our trip amazing.     Superb hospitality and vibes. Its not that near to the main Ao Nang beach but they provde shuttle that bring you there according to schedule. I already miss this place and its nature.     This hotel was amazing and so beautiful!! We could not name a single fault.The receptionists were so lovely and greeted us every time we walked past! The breakfast staff, Tee, Ben and Toh, were so kind and welcoming every morning and the food was really nice. The room was spacious with everything you would need. And the pool was nice and cool with the most perfect view. 100% recommend this place and we hope to visit again!
