  Amazing resort made exceptional by the staff

  Amazing experience The hotel and the service was incredible throughout. We were nervous travelling with a baby, but they were very accommodating throughout and made it all worthwhile.The room was fantastic. Meals were all great and breakfast was probably the best we've ever had! Particular thanks to Jayda, who really made sure we were looked after throughout.

  Truly an amazing experience. Pop and her team, from security staff, cleaners, buggy drivers to all the beautiful souls at Naga Kitchen a thousand thank yous. If you get the chance to visit do not pass it by. I have been lucky enough to say at some top hotels and this is in my top 3.   This was our second stay, and from the moment we arrived, it truly felt like coming home.Everything was exceptional, starting with the spacious and beautifully designed pool villa. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the amenities were thoughtfully prepared, and the exclusive sea view from the villa was simply breathtaking.What made our 4-day, 3-night stay truly special was the outstanding service from every team member across the resort. Their genuine care and attention to detail were evident from before our arrival until the day we checked out.The Housekeeping team maintained the villa impeccably and prepared thoughtful personalized touches, including a "Welcome Back Home" embroidered pillow and bathrobes embroidered with our names. These details made us feel incredibly valued and special.Our Banyan Host reached out before our stay to introduce themselves and ask about any special requests or dietary preferences. Throughout our stay, they regularly checked on us during breakfast, ensuring everything was perfect and offering assistance whenever needed.The Food & Beverage team deserves special recognition. During our stay, I was not feeling well and had a severe cough. The staff immediately noticed and proactively offered warm water and the ginger tea, checked if the air conditioning was too cold, and even offered a shawl to keep me comfortable. This level of attentiveness was truly remarkable. What impressed us most was the consistency! Every staff member delivered the same genuine care and hospitality every time we interacted with them.We also had the opportunity to join a Thai Boxing session with Khun Lek, which was one of the highlights of our stay. He was highly professional, knowledgeable, and passionate about what he does. Throughout the session, he was incredibly attentive, patient, and genuinely caring, ensuring that we felt comfortable while adapting the training to our abilities. His encouragement and positive energy made the experience both enjoyable and memorable. Thank you, Khun Lek, for introducing us to the art of Muay Thai in such an engaging and authentic way.Another memorable experience during our stay was the Hydrotherapy Spa journey, particularly the Rainforest experience. It was a truly innovative and immersive wellness activity that allowed us to move between different thermal and hydrotherapy facilities, including the sauna, steam room, ice fountain, and hot and cold vitality pools. The carefully designed contrast between heat and cold was both invigorating and deeply relaxing, leaving us feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. It was a unique wellness experience unlike anything we had tried before and a wonderful complement to the overall sense of wellbeing throughout our stay.A heartfelt thank you to Khun Fluke, Khun Summer (Front Office), Khun Fah (Front Office), Khun Tarn (Front Office), Khun Ple (F&B), Khun Nai (F&B), Khun Ko (F&B), Khun Karan (F&B), Khun Snack (F&B), Khun Kae (Spa) and all the wonderful team members who made our birthday and wedding anniversary celebration so memorable.Thank you for creating such a special experience.   Me and my friend just checked out from Banyan Tree Krabi and we can honestly say this was one of the best stays we have ever had.What impressed us started from the very first moment. Before we even asked for check-in, the team welcomed us with “Welcome back.” It may sound simple, but it immediately made us feel recognized and truly welcomed.Another memorable experience was during dinner at The Naka Restaurant. A staff member named Saina (if I remembered the name correctly) welcomed me and my friend with “Welcome back” right when we arrived at the restaurant. During the dinner, she provided excellent service. We could really feel that she service us from her heart. Every recommendation felt sincere, and she always checked on us if there was anything else she could help with. Her hospitality made the whole dining experience even more special.The breakfast also great, the team was amazing. Ying, Yim Yam, Pom, Bie, and many other team members whose names I could not remember took such good care of us. They always offered help before we even had to ask. Sometimes, we barely had to leave our seats because they approached and offer the service.Thank you to everyone for making this stay so memorable. We will definitely come back again and I would highly recommend Banyan Tree Krabi to anyone looking for genuine hospitality and excellent service.
