Worst Hotel Experience of My Life!!

I do NOT recommend this hotel, especially if you’re coming from Europe or the United States. This is honestly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.Everything felt dirty. I didn’t even dare to sleep under the blankets because they didn’t feel clean. The bathroom grout and corners were covered with mold. We were supposed to stay for two days, but we left the very next morning. We barely slept at all.The staff were friendly, and that’s the only positive thing I can say.I strongly advise against staying here. There’s a reason it’s so cheap. You can’t even walk barefoot on the floor, after showering, the bottoms of my feet were completely dirty within minutes.The hotel looks nice in the photos, and the overall rating seems good, but if you take the time to read the negative reviews, you’ll see the real picture.Absolutely never again. I’d rather pay more for a proper, clean, and comfortable hotel. Cleanliness should be the minimum standard.A very disappointing experience

The room was very clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I have stayed here many times and always had a great experience. I am very impressed with both the room and the service, and I will definitely come back again.

Stay: March 10–20, 2026I do not have good memories of my stay at this hotel.There was visible mold, rust, and general dirt in the bathroom. Both the room and the bathroom are in need of renovation.In the pool area, some tiles are damaged and coming loose. The room view was of a neighboring building, with no natural scenery. Additionally, there is a constant, loud sound of running water coming from the pool area.The decor (e.g., a picture of rainy London) does not match the rest of the interior at all.The bed linen was dirty despite being replaced by housekeeping.Plates at breakfast were also not properly cleaned, and the breakfast itself was monotonous.There were no towels available in the gym, and the towel provided for wiping equipment was dirty.I do not recommend this hotel – the standard definitely does not meet a 4-star rating. Enjoyed our Stay

We had 3 rooms and we were put together which was great we were in the new part on the 5th floor with lovely views of trees and hills. Room was big and clean ac worked good and also had a ceiling fan the bed was hard but we managed to sleep ok and had no issues. Staff were very nice. If you’re looking for a pool holiday it’s not the best if you want the sun as it’s down 1 side morning and the other in the afternoon and it does lose the sun early so if all the beds are taken you won’t be able to get the sun all day this was fine for us as we weren’t there all day as we ventured out. The hotel location is about 10-15 mins walk down to the beach from the hotel if you turn left when you get to the main street not sure how long if you turn right. Lots of shops bars and restaurants. The staff are very friendly here, great choice of breakfast, rooms are ok a little dated, but clean enough, the beds were a little uncomfortable and lastly the tv signal wasn’t great.
