    This hotel is located in Krabi Town and closed to gas station, no car park.Staff is friendly. We early checked in at 8.30am that was very impressive for their service and we late check out at 2pm. The room was clean, the wifi is good signal.But the toilet was small for family room if we stay 4 -5 persons, they should have one more bathroom./

    the hotel itself is clean and fairly modern but the location is terrible. We walked for many blocks in all directions but were only able to find one restaurant. They advertise that there is a restaurant on site but wasn't open when were there.

    First, we didn't had any toilet paper in the bathroom or the 2 bottles of free water they provide. No problem, we asked for it and everything was ok. Then we wanted to go out, the hotel is a little far from downtown so we asked for a taxi. It was a surprise when the receptionist took her car keys and said she was the taxi driver! As we didn't knew what price was for good until next day, we paid what she asked. She asked double price. Breakfast was from 7-10 am. At 8am we went to dining room. Another surprise! Nobody there, no food. The "taxi driver" explained us that she will go to market and at 9 am we could it. So we spent one hour waiting for the breakfast. This hotel needs some more staff and some upgrades.
