  Nice Hotel, unwelcoming Reception

  First impressions count and ours weren't good here. Reception is in a cool and trendy coffee shop and we were met by a smiling young waitress and a scowling check-in clerk on reception. Check in is 2pm, she barked. It was now 1.40. 'Is the room not ready?' We asked. No, she snapped without checking. As check-out is 11am we did wonder why after 3 hours the room wasn't ready but we sat down in the coffee shop to wait, with our backpacks on the floor. We made it clear we didn't want a drink and the desk clerk stared disapprovingly at us. The young waitress kept smiling and actually seemed embarrassed by her colleague's manner. After less than 5 minutes, and clearly annoyed by our presence, the desk clerk waved a key in our direction and told us that, miraculously, the room was now suddenly ready! Clearly it was ready all the time but for some reason, the desk clerk chose to needlessly stick to the 2pm check in rule? The hotel is smart and modern, the room is a good size, nicely decorated and clean. Beds were comfy, shower hot. AC, fridge and kettle in room, good location 10 mins walk to night market and river. Everything is great, although I felt a little expensive for Thailand. Would have got a 4 rating but the attitude of the lady on the reception desk has pushed it to a 3. Someone needs to remind her that Thailand is the land of smiles!

  I stayed only 1 night for our transit with my 4 family, The place looks like a villa. The location could be different but it’s alright. The Toilet could use some improvement. The environment was friendly, The staff was also friendly. The Hotel room door has the option if you want them to clean your room or you do not wanna be disturbed, The wifi was great and fast. Overall Considering The Price, It was worth it

  Accidentally, I booked the hostel for the incorrect dates and promptly reached out to cancel. However, they denied my request, even though I contacted them within minutes of making the reservation. Definetely a less-than-friendly encounter!

  Beautiful hotel, the room was spacious, clean and well presented. Extremely well priced. Hotel staff were friendly, helpful and very nice. Located in a good location, quiet but also close to a night market and various bars and walking street. Would definitely stay again, thank you.

  Lovely staff but unfortunately infested with bed bugs

  The staff were really friendly but unfortunately after waiting 3 hours to check in I found bed bugs in the bed. I had checked reviews to avoid any place with bed bugs and there was no mention of any on other reviews. I reported in to the receptionist and they changed my room right away and had a cleaner stripping the bed straight away. However there was then bed bugs in the 2nd room, to which I immediately showed the receptionist as she was still in my last room and she just flicked it off and said they will change the sheets. My concern was that if there are bed bugs in two of the rooms on the sheets then there will be more and they reside in the mattress and below the sheets too. I said I just cannot stay there as I do not want to get bites or for my things to become infested. The receptionist said sorry there are no refunds, I read at the desk that there were no refunds under any circumstances however I understand that for other reasons but this is unacceptable and this is a clear health issue and was completely out of my control. I am disappointed with the approach towards this and feel I should have received a refund as I was not there for even an hour. This would have been a lovely stay and the staff were so kind and did try to rectify the situation by giving me a new room immediately but unfortunately due to this issue I would not recommend staying here.
