    I can’t fault this hotel apart from if you are disabled it’s no use the staff were amazing couldn’t do enough for us as a disabled person they went out of their way to help me as much as they could the hotel is made up of two buildings we were at the back so it was quite a trek up and down a large hill but they would get one of there drivers to take me up and down when ever I needed the place is clean and tidy the rooms are large and very well maintained I have to say the breakfast was not the best they will make basic eggs or noodles in the morning apart from that the rest is not good cold sausage and fish sticks and the rest was only slightly warm plenty for fresh fruit and juice I would still recommend the hotel because the staff were excellent Business associate, General Manager at Sugar Marina Hotel Cliffhanger Aonang, responded to this review Dear Valued Guest,Thank you for your feedback.     If you have mobility issues then this hotel is not for you. It caters for mountain climbers.We had to get our cases up a very steep hill to check in at Reception then get them back down again as the room was at the bottom. The pool is ridiculous and small. You see into people's room from it. There is no bar or restaurant and breakfast was basic. We will return to Krabi but never to this place.
