Location

This bungalow complex is wonderfully located right next to a fine sand beach. The peaceful surroundings and the stunning view over the other islands as well as the crystal clear water all amount to an unforgettable holiday. The airport transfer takes around 40 minutes with the local public transport.

Facility

42 rooms are available to guests in a 2-storey main building and an auxiliary building. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a hotel shuttle bus. Cyclists can make use of the bicycle storage area and hire service.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and a fan. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. For guests' convenience, units include a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. Other features include a direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a CD player, a DVD player, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge). Guests can take advantage of the nightly turndown service. Slippers are included. The bathrooms have a shower, a bathtub and a whirlpool bath. While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. For guests who wish to keep active, cycling/mountain biking, beach volleyball and golf are available. Water sports available at the complex include canoeing, kayaking, snorkelling and diving. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, yoga, callisthenics and aerobics. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna and a steam bath. Subject to charge: massage treatments. Parents can unwind while the kids can participate in an entertainment programme full of fun activities.

Meals

The dining area includes a bar. The non-smoking restaurant provides high chairs for children. Bed and breakfast is offered as a catering option. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch and dinner, guests can order à la carte. Set menus are available at dinner. The menu also offers diet meals and children's meals. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. Alcoholic beverages are available.

    An excellent resort. A paradisiacal location, very good facilities, and incredibly friendly staff. If you're looking for tranquility, this is the best place; if you're looking for a lively atmosphere, it's not ideal. 100% recommended. In short, a paradise on earth.

    From the moment we arrived, this hotel exceeded every expectation. From the welcoming of the staff to the beautiful room and surrounding gardens, we felt like we landed into a tropical heaven. The rooms were spacious and so thoughtfully designed with a unique charm. The indoor/outdoor bathroom was fabulous.The restaurant was another highlight.....so good that we ate there every night. We had planned to venture out, but we made our way through the menu ....and it didn't disappoint. Nor did the sunsets !Yoga on the lawn was a wonderful way to start the day, followed by a beautiful breakfast overlooking the water.Would highly recommend the long boat trip out to Hong Island, although one of the other islands was our favourite as it was less crowded. A true paradise! (Hint, leave early before the boatloads arrive.) What made the visit unforgettable was the staff. Every team member was warm, welcoming and genuinely committed to making our stay perfect. And it was?

    Perfect in every way

    We wanted an authentic style hotel and the Tubkaak was absolutely perfect in every way. All the staff here were wonderful, so helpful and went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect. The food was great in both restaurants and breakfast offered a great selection of options for all taste buds. Our room was spotless every day, and was all done whilst we were out of the room so we were never disturbed. We have a pool room, worth every penny as we chilled out there every afternoon. The views from our beach were stunning and the sunsets were spectacular. Wonderful!

    A Fun and Relaxing Getaway

    The entire hotel, restaurant and spa experiences have been amazing, the staff are all friendly and hardworking. The breakfast buffet was the best we’ve ever seen with so much healthy variety. We did several spa treatments, today was with the therapist Mam, she was very skilled and made my skin smooth and my body relaxed. The location of the hotel on the beach, the morning workout classes and the boat tour to the islands yesterday have made our visit here even better.
