  Average Hotel - Based on our experience

  We stayed at this property with our family, but unfortunately, our experience was disappointing.The room had water leaking from the AC. Although we had booked a triple room, the extra bed was not provided at the time of check-in and was arranged only after we requested it.For a room occupied by three adults, the basic amenities were also not provided in sufficient quantity. Whenever we requested additional items, only a single piece was provided each time.We were also disappointed with the service at check-in. As we were travelling as a group, the staff did not initially offer any assistance with our luggage and asked us to carry everything to our rooms ourselves. Only after repeated requests did they agree to help.Overall, the service and room arrangements did not meet our expectations, and based on our experience, we would not recommend this property.

  Disappointing stay due to noise, construction, and unhelpful staff

  I was very disappointed with my stay at Aiyara Grand Hotel and would not choose to stay here again.From the start, the experience was affected by constant noise. There was construction work taking place next door, which was not mentioned at the time of booking. In addition to this, my room was located across from a live music bar that stayed open until around 3am. On two consecutive nights I was woken in the early hours by loud music and people partying directly outside my room.One night, a group in the corridor opposite my room became extremely disruptive, shouting, screaming, throwing beer cans, and causing such a disturbance that security had to be called. This made it impossible to sleep and felt unsafe and poorly managed.I raised these issues with reception, but the staff were largely unhelpful and dismissive. There was no meaningful attempt to resolve the problems, offer a room change, or provide any real assistance, despite the hotel being advertised as a high-standard property.For a hotel marketed as a 5-star experience, the lack of soundproofing, ongoing construction noise, and poor customer service were unacceptable. Unfortunately, this stay caused significant stress and sleepless nights during what was meant to be a relaxing trip.I would strongly advise future guests to be cautious, especially if you value peace, quiet, and responsive staff.

  "Avoid Aiyara Grand Hotel – Unprofessional Staff & Fraudulent Practices”

  This hotel Aiyara Grand is extremely terrible, and their front office staff and especially front office manager is the worst people I have ever dealt with. I travelled with a group of 23 people from 10 to 14 November. We reached the hotel at 11:00 AM and requested them to give at least 2–4 rooms. But they told us to wait. Even after repeated requests, they gave rooms only at 1:30 PM.Despite being such a big hotel, they have zero customer satisfaction. They were even asking for 600 THB for early check-in, and when we paid out of compulsion, later the manager said he would return it as a “complimentary.” Such a cheap and shameless person!Indians are given absolutely no respect here.Outside the hotel, the guard has connections with girls. If you bring any girl, he sets up a situation that creates trouble for you, and then he supports the girl’s side. They take her ID, create issues, and then return her later.Talking about the rooms—the housekeeping service is third class. They didn’t even change towels for 3 days; they just folded the same towel and kept it again.Just making rooms look good doesn’t make a hotel good. Service must be good, which is completely third class in Aiyara Grand.My rating: 1 out of 5.One more thing—if a glass of water goes missing from the room, They themselves steal the glass from the room and then charge the full amount for the pair. This is another fraud done by the hotel.”“Serious Security Lapse: Anyone Can Get a Duplicate Room Key!”“A major security concern: My roommate took the original key, and the hotel provided me a duplicate key for 300 THB without any verification to confirm that I was the actual guest of that room. This poses a serious risk, as it means anyone could potentially access any room without proper checks, compromising guest safety and privacy—especially when important documents and valuables are involved.”

  I believe this used to be a 5 star hotel. It is not a bad hotel at all. Check in was easy. The room was OK. It needs some paint and cleaning. Our friends room across the hall was much nicer. The clientele of this hotel is from India. There is a car park if you are driving here.The pool was closed when we were there. The breakfast was OK
