A Wonderful First Club Lounge Experience

    rating16 Sept 2026

This was my first time booking a room with a Club Lounge package, and I was genuinely impressed. From now on, I think I’ll be booking Club Lounge rooms wherever I travel—and I’ll definitely be expecting this level of service!A special shout-out to Spec, Aum, and Yui from the Club Lounge. They were incredibly attentive and always seemed to notice what we needed before we even asked. Even small things, like providing a charger when we never asked for one, showed how thoughtful and attentive they were.Thank you for making our stay so memorable and setting such a high standard for my future Club Lounge experiences!
