The hotel is near the sea, only 5 minutes away, which was great. K. Namwan and K. Tokyo gave us a warm welcome, and the welcome drink was very refreshing. The bellman assisted us well with our luggage until check-out. The room and facilities were good. The breakfast place has a nice sea view, and the staff at breakfast were always smiling and polite. Overall, everything was great. Thank you to all the staff for taking care of us. 👍🏻

Faced minor issues

I believe this is a fairly new property; I was therefore disappointed by lack of finesse in minor things. As a keen observer of design and architecture I felt that the hotel was finished in a rush, and there was compromise on quality. For instance, our Apple phone charging plugs did not fit properly into the electrical sockets in the room, which clearly shows poor quality. Our previous stay was at the Rayong Marriott and next was at Skyview Bangkok, where everything worked perfectly. I'm mentioning this as these are very minor issues which the hotel can definitely improve on. Apart from this, when we entered our room, there was no water in the WC tank. I just took a chance and turned the tap near the floor and the waterflow started. The hotel staff must have a check list and ensure everything works perfectly before handing a room to a guest. Apart from these minor things, our stay was comfortable. Breakfast was good

First class hotel and well worth the money

An absolutely fantastic hotel in central Pattaya. Best views I have seen from any rooftop bar in Pattaya. The pool and bar area is top notch and the restaurant menu was quirky as evidenced by the lamb springs roll which I have never eaten before. The salmon salad was fantastic. Rooms comfortable and well appointed and all facilities in the hotel are top notch. Will return.

Beautiful Modern Hotel with an A+ Spa and Beautiful Dining Space + Rooftop Sunset Views

This hotel is absolutely beautiful with well appointed rooms. I stayed in a deluxe ocean view on the 21st floor for 2 weeks. There is a long desk area and a small sitting area with a small partial view of the sunset and ocean with surrounding city. It's quite lovely. There is a small balcony you can step out onto for air or warmth. There is only direct sunlight on the right side of the hotel during sunrise. You can also hang items on the balcony for drying as the room is equipped with a washer machine. I found items dried quote quickly. The room also has a small kitchenette with a little stove, microwave and tea kettle. It was very convenient for a long stay. I'm absolutely in love with my bathtub and the room has lots of lighting options as well as universal plugs. Very clean hotel. I also enjoy the a la carte food and beverage menu. I particularly love the Wine Buffett deal as a sparkling wine lover. The eating area is beautiful and well lit with stunning views of the ocean and the city. The rooftop is even more stunning with a beautiful pool and seating areas and amazing sunset view. I have to say all the staff at the hotel is extremely friendly. Unbelievably friendly at fundamental for my coffee in the morning and the rooftop bar Bpai Phren was so kind and sweet to me. Lastly, I have to encourage you to visit the spa. They had ongoing specials and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. Chen and Praewa greeted me and helped me get settled. Nut came to offer me Butterfly Pea Tea and go over my needs and pressure zones. They were very detailed and when they spoke to me about my treatment which I appreciate. They made the environment warm and friendly. Aa, was so sweet and gave me the best 90 minute hot stone massage I've ever had. She really listened to my needs about pressure. I like the staff worked so well together. 10/10 for the spa. 10/10 for all the hotel staff. They have made my stay so pleasurable and even though I explore I love spending time at the hotel. If I have to be picky about the hotel, there was some noise in my room for construction in a neighboring room and I wish it was a bit more sound proof to the hallway, but I'm glad everything else made up for it and they were very accommodating when I discussed my concerns and they assured me the noise would finish soon. Overall, it's been a quiet and beautiful stay.
