  Just spent a few days here room ok beds only just ok needed an extra 2 pillows was told one free second 50BHTDidn’t eat in hotel just didn’t look inviting close to all clubs and just off beach road Here’s the kicker left one day early and had used about 4 mini bar drinks total I thought 150Bht they charged me 420bht even after I told them I’m leaving a day early Plus the staff were n the front desk there English is atrocious I would stay well clear of this hotel also there is two buildings we where in building B Airconditioning was terrible and the main building look like it was from the Giza plateau in all fairness they are renovating but it looks like that started 50 years ago I genuinely don’t like to say bad things about hotels as they all genuinely try but these guys fell well short

  The reception staff is unpleasant.WE first booked 2 double rooms from feb.4 to 17.Then we sent a mail informing that WE will arrive on Feb.5 ( no answer) andOne of the double room would leave on Feb.15.On the day of feb.15, the double room had to pay an extra 600baths for a stay from 12 to 5 PM .When I checked up, I réalise that our request was not taking into considération and they charge both double rooms from Feb4 to 17, and took the 600 baths as well ( Reception).The hôtel was very noisy due to a bar that plays loud music until 3 AM practically every night.There are not 2 swimming pools as mentionned but one.They Come to make the beds but do not clean.The beds are in really poor condition as you sleep on the springs.

  I stayed here for one night, visiting an old friend who spent five nights at this hotel.It's located next to a shopping mall, and the beach which makes the location very good.The room and bathroom were clean, modern, and comfortable.The air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, hot water, and refrigerator worked well.I would stay here again for sure.

  Absolute SCAM. Wish there was an option to give 0 star. Even 1 star is a lot. Absolutely terrible experience at Baron Beach Hotel, Pattaya. We stayed for 2 nights and were forced to pay 800 baht upon checkout because they claimed a towel and pillowcase were “dirty.”We took the towels to the beach, which is exactly what any normal guest at a beach hotel would do. The towels were not damaged — just lightly dirty from sand and use. Instead of washing them (which is literally a hotel’s responsibility), they charged us and shoved them into a laundry bag, saying they now belonged to us. Completely absurd for a so-called 4-star hotel.The pillowcase had small dark spots that looked like mold or damp stains — something that clearly developed long before our stay or from their own poor laundry storage. Yet the staff insisted it was our fault.When we tried to reason with them, the staff were shockingly rude and dismissive. One even said they “don’t care” and told us to “write whatever you want.” That says everything you need to know about how this hotel treats guests.The photos attached (with the room number that they wrote on the laundry bag that they “kindly” gave me) show exactly what they made us pay for — marks and spots that could easily be cleaned or were likely there before. It’s embarrassing that a hotel advertising itself as 4-star operates with such dishonesty and arrogance. Save yourself the frustration! There are plenty of hotels in Pattaya that actually care about their guests. Baron Beach Hotel is the exact opposite of what a professional hotel should be.
