Small hotel but room was good. Location wise is good as it is nearby shopping areas. Grab taxi was readily available. Lift needs access card

The hotel was very clean at the Best western hotel. The shower pressure was good the smell was excellent the bed was very comfortable The big screen TV comfortable pillow room was big enough value for money The location was also good in downtown.

Great 4 Star Hotel with modern rooms & facilities

Stayed a few nights at Best Western Nexen Pattaya. Though the hotel is not located near the beach nor any big shopping malls, but they are convenient shops, massage parlours and eateries nearby. If you need to go out, Grab/Bolt (Which is similar to Uber) is affordable and convenient. Terminal 21 Pattaya is 15-20 walk away where Healthland massage center is just 5 mins walk and 7-Eleven is just at door step.The room is clean, functional and spacious. Shower is with great water pressure, and with all the 4 star basic amenities.There is a small gym in the hotel, a lounge and a sizeable swimming pool. Parking is free within the hotel premise.The breakfast is good with western and Asian selection. Overall, it is a fantastic hotel. Highly recommended.

The hotel was great and the location is beautiful, the staff are friendly, welcoming, friendly and helpful, the coffee shop at the reception offers a variety of drinks as well as tea and coffee, there is also a beautiful swimming pool in the hotel opposite the restaurant and there is also a gym in the hotel for sports lovers and there is also a place designated for children to play.

Good room with reasonable price. I stayed one night with my couple. My room was clean and the water pressure in the bathroom room very good. They provided a rain shower with amenities such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash. However, we didn't have the hair dryer.
