    Serious mould and damp problem, do not stay here!

    The whole hotel is mouldy, bed soaking wet constantly with an awful smell, mould patches on the bed, walls, ceiling. Don’t be fooled by the pictures. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Also lots of Indian guests shouting all night every night waking everyone up, multiple people had to get up and tell them to be quiet.

    Avoid this hotel at all costs, there’s a serious damp problem throughout the entire complex, there was zero air flow in our room as we had a window but it opened into a small corridor, the bed was damp and stained, the lobby ceilings are black with mould. The room also stank, like cigarettes and dampOther guests were loud all night, shouting and talking in the lobby with no care in the world for any other guests. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

    This hotel is published as a 5 star and its not. Only a 3 star. I had no hot water for my shower, rooms clean but very dated, location very good if you like walking street, bhat busses freqent, lots of shopping around. soi bhaukow market close, check in was fast, lots of indian guests, beds are very hard great if your back hurts, but this is no 5 star as advertised.but my view was good of the sea,

    The hotel ‘Boutique City Hotel’ was so bad, I booked this hotel from Agado’s website, firstly the hotel has two names although the hotel is the same. The staff kept my deposit and took extra money from me for no reason, the room was never cleaned by their staff, and the room was full of cockroaches. The light kept switching off every few minutes. The staff were also very rude. Agoda is a fraudulent website, as I booked the stay from them and was advised that my deposit will not be kept and will be returned.
