We were six families at the hotel, staying in Club Suites with Zulu family memberships. There were meant to be two clubs: one for families and one for adults only. The adults-only club was closed, which defeated the purpose of the larger rooms we had booked. The hotel should have informed us in advance, declined the booking, or planned better.On food, we raised that the F&B offering was not inclusive for lacto-vegetarians. There was no proper vegetarian menu. The main buffet lacked clearly labelled, protein-rich hot dishes that were vegetarian — no egg, meat, or fish.We requested changes over a couple of days and nothing improved. I then posted a review on TripAdvisor. Only after that, on the last day, did the team respond. Once it came to their notice, the chef was genuinely supportive and the issue was largely resolved.I am leaving this review up so the story remains visible, and to push for a clearly inclusive F&B offering for lacto-vegetarians. I've stayed at Centara Grand Mirage Pattaya several times, and it never disappoints. The location is excellent, the water park is fantastic, and the overall experience is always great.What impressed me most is the service. From the moment we arrived, the bell staff were friendly, attentive, and eager to help. The check-in process was quick and seamless, with no waiting at all. Breakfast was also outstanding, with plenty of choices and great quality.A consistently wonderful stay every time. Lounge staff - Meily provided great services to us!We took Grab to hotel and left some medicines at the vehicle, driver called me back while we were at the Zulu Club Lounge, but I don’t understand what the driver said (Thai).Meily helped me to communicate with the driver and even went out to the car park for taking back my medicines.Thanks Meily for the unexpected heartfelt services.
