Convenient Location
27 May 2026
Stayed at Centara Pattaya Hotel. The location is very central and convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and markets. The property can be considered more of a 3-star hotel in terms of overall experience and amenities. One major drawback was the breakfast spread — there were no vegetarian options available at all. This is something the hotel should seriously improve, especially considering the number of Indian and vegetarian guests visiting Pattaya. Jonas Sjostedt, General Manager at Centara Pattaya Hotel, responded to this review Dear Valued Guest,Thank you very much for taking the time to sharing your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed our central and convenient location, which made it easy for you to explore Pattaya and the nearby attractions. At the same time, we sincerely appreciate your comments regarding the breakfast selection, especially the vegetarian options. We understand the importance of offering a wider variety of quality vegetarian dishes to better accommodate the preferences of our guests. Your feedback has been shared with our culinary team for review and improvement.May I take this opportunity to thank you again for staying with us and we hope having the opportunity to welcoming you back again.Sincerely Yours,The Management

Like coming home
03 Mar 2026
We absolutely love this hotel . From the minute you walk through the doors, it's like coming home. Diew greets you with an amazing welcome then you get to the reception and you have Earn and Recon ready to help you with anything also Nep abd Shan were fantastic especially Shan who went above and beyond in helping me with my next booking . The poolside team are always there with a smile JJ and Mr phet make the best smoothies 😋 it was my husbands birthday whilst we were there and the team decorated the room beautifully . Then you have the breakfast absolutely beautiful and especially Mr baytor . I work in a 5star hotel in England so know how hard the whole team work but you never see them without a smile and ready to help in any way . I even met the general manager who was lovely . I couldn't recommend this hotel enough clean friendly food beautiful with amazing staff can not wait to come back . Jonas Sjostedt, General Manager at Centara Pattaya Hotel, responded to this review Dear Valued Guest,Thank you so much for your wonderful and heartfelt review. We are truly delighted to hear that your stay with us felt like coming home from the moment you arrived. Your kind words mean a lot to our entire team. It is especially rewarding to know that Khun Diew, Khun Earn, Khun Recon, Khun Nep, and Khun Shan made such a positive impression and were able to assist you throughout your stay. Khun Shan will be very happy to know that his extra effort helped make your experience even better. We are also glad you enjoyed the poolside service from Khun JJ and Khun Phet and their delicious smoothies. It was our pleasure to help celebrate your husband’s birthday, and we’re so happy that you liked the room decoration prepared by the team.Thank you as well for your lovely mention of our breakfast and Khun Baytor. Your appreciation will certainly be shared with him and the rest of the team. Coming from someone who works in a 5-star hotel, your recognition of our team’s effort, dedication, and warm hospitality is especially meaningful to us.It was also a pleasure for our General Manager to meet you during your stay. Nowhere near Centara standards
19 Dec 2025
We’ve stayed at Centara Properties elsewhere, hence booked this, which was a mistake. Zero hospitality, irrational policies & non cooperative staff. First day we checked in late and asked for an extra towel since we had a kid as well. We were denied citing a policy that only two towels are given per room once. Had to argue that we had paid for the kid too, hence an extra towel was a fair ask. Day 2, we exhausted our 2 coffee sachets and were denied a 3rd one citing a similar policy. Lousy room service - interesting, when we asked for a spoon at about 10 pm, a security guard came and was visibly upset about him having to go so. The breakfast menu though limited had some Indian items and the food cannot be complained about. But overall it’s not a place for families. Jonas Sjostedt, General Manager at Centara Pattaya Hotel, responded to this review Dear Valued Guest,Thank you very much for taking the time to share your detailed feedback with us. We sincerely regret to learn that your experience with us did not meet your expectations. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience and frustration you experienced regarding our service and policies. We are truly sorry for the discomfort caused by the towel and coffee sachet requests, as well as the manner in which these situations were handled. While certain policies exist for operational control, we fully understand that flexibility and empathy—especially when families with children are concerned—are essential to good hospitality. Your comments have been shared with our management team to review both our policies and staff approach to ensure better service recovery and guest care in the future. We also apologize for the late-evening room service experience and the impression it created. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. At the same time, we are pleased to know that you found the breakfast food satisfactory, particularly the availability of Indian items, despite the limited selection.Your feedback is extremely valuable to us, as it highlights areas where we need to improve. We truly regret that your stay did not reflect the standards associated with our brand, and we appreciate your honesty.Thank you once again for sharing your experience. We hope to have the opportunity to regain your trust and provide a more positive and family-friendly experience in the future.Sincerely Yours,The Management
