The property can be considered more of a 3-star hotel in terms of overall experience and amenities.One major drawback was the breakfast spread — there were no vegetarian options available at all. This is something the hotel should seriously improve, especially considering the number of Indian and vegetarian guests visiting Pattaya.

We absolutely love this hotel . From the minute you walk through the doors, it's like coming home. Diew greets you with an amazing welcome then you get to the reception and you have Earn and Recon ready to help you with anything also Nep abd Shan were fantastic especially Shan who went above and beyond in helping me with my next booking . The poolside team are always there with a smile JJ and Mr phet make the best smoothies 😋 it was my husbands birthday whilst we were there and the team decorated the room beautifully . Then you have the breakfast absolutely beautiful and especially Mr baytor . I work in a 5star hotel in England so know how hard the whole team work but you never see them without a smile and ready to help in any way . I even met the general manager who was lovely . I couldn't recommend this hotel enough clean friendly food beautiful with amazing staff can not wait to come back .

We’ve stayed at Centara Properties elsewhere, hence booked this, which was a mistake. Zero hospitality, irrational policies & non cooperative staff. First day we checked in late and asked for an extra towel since we had a kid as well. We were denied citing a policy that only two towels are given per room once. Had to argue that we had paid for the kid too, hence an extra towel was a fair ask. Day 2, we exhausted our 2 coffee sachets and were denied a 3rd one citing a similar policy. Lousy room service - interesting, when we asked for a spoon at about 10 pm, a security guard came and was visibly upset about him having to go so. The breakfast menu though limited had some Indian items and the food cannot be complained about. But overall it’s not a place for families.
