Hotel is located 25 mins outside Pattaya on a side road off a busy road but set back.Stayed 2 weeks end of Jan/ Feb 2026, Decent hotel but little dated in parts but could be so much better with a few tweaks.Rooms quite large and spacious but cleaning wasn’t very detailed ie bathrooms not deep cleaned and bedding took 4 days to be changed.While its reasonable value, food (notably breakfast) catered predominantly for the many Russian or Thai guests. Breakfast never changed ever and was very limited for western tastes. Quite boring after 14 days. Please do away with those plastic beef/ chicken sausages, provide proper bacon not watery ham and why not provide muesli, nuts, honey and more fruit which would help. Use the egg station to provide more fresh options?Few simple additions would make a huge difference.Staff were mostly friendly and helpful. When asking for a Tea Bag to take to the room (as none were provided, only coffee sachets and kettle in the room), I was charged 50 Baht each which seemed excessive after paying for an upgraded room for 14 nights!Hotel provides a free shuttle bus to Terminal 21 three times a day (there and back). If it could add 2 more trips each day ie mid afternoon and or at 6pm would be so much better. However, it’s very easy and cheap to call either a Bolt or Grab Taxi to get around.There are many visitors coming and going each day as the hotel seems popular with Thai families. Russian visitors seem to be the largest represented.Quite a nice walk along the path along the sea edge but there was no real beach albeit there is one a short distance away.Around the hotel there’s not many places to walk to eat but everything is available in nearby Pattaya or Naklua. Nevertheless, it was an enjoyable trip and pleasant hotel experience on the whole.

I will give it a five it was very clean. They were very helpful. The pool was amazing but the only thing was the Jacuzzi part of the pool, which is supposed to be hot. It was cold. Other than that. It was good. The buffet was good for breakfast. It was in a good area. Loved my time.

Room @ 1640 ~ 1 Night ~ Booked via AgodaRooms are old and remain unrenovated however not so Tired :)Staff are Unbelievably Courteous and Professional and could not do enough to make your stay feel perfect! Seaview from the Room was magnificent.We had Buffet Breakfast included, and although the menu items never changed there was so much choice it did not matter.4 x Free Bottles of Water in the room everyday = Terrific.Good under cover Parking available.We used the in house Restaurant a couple of nights and the Food was Fantastic and Pricing very fair.We will visit again soon.....

PLEASE AVOID - Worst experience I have had staying in a hotel.Booked via Agoda and the hotel booking page contains completely inaccurate images and descriptions.1. The hotel is not 5* as listed, it has been downgraded to a force star.2. Lounge bar no longer exists/operational and hasn't been for a long time.3. Billiard area no longer available.4. Sauna no longer exists.5. Spa/massage facility no longer exists.6. Private beach does not exist.7. Only evening dining option is outside on a grass area with plastic chairs.The whole building is extremely outdated.Beds rock hard.Aircon poor.Television have only 3 or 4 channels which have such bad reception are unwatchable.Support staff do nothing to resolve this issues.

Good quiet place to stay

We stayed for 10 days. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean and functional. The hotel operates more as a stop over for large amounts of Asian tourists than it does as a resort per se, however, it did not impede our stay at all. They run limited staff I assume due to the lack of “resort tourists”. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of choices. Pool was extremely quiet place to relax. Should be noted it is quite far from Pattaya action (about 10 km). About 200baht one way to get to town. Didn’t hurt my feelings at all!!! 😉
