Dirty hotel. There were cockroaches in our rooms. Cleaners don’t do their jobs and almost all staff was very rude. We asked couple of times clean sheet but cleaners started to shout us. Dirty sheets and we did not get toiletpaper or clean handtowels. Beds were hard. We got wrong rooms and they wanted more money if we want go to the rooms what we had already paid. Oldest building and pool were dirty too. There supposed to be poolbar in the roof but there was nothing. Both pools were dirty. Never coming back. There were huge groups of chinese tourists who yelled in the corridors early at mornings and late at nights.

Worst hotel ive ever been in

Literally the worst hotel ive ever booked into. The staff has been rude and the cleaners wont even bother to change sheets. I asked the cleaner lady to change sheets and she was extremely rude and told me "i understand" madly after she was ignoring me at first and had literally ask her 3 times before even getting that answer. After all that i thought she will change them but she didnt even do it😂. I have been in a better hostels than this "5" star garbage. Breakfast is also extremely mid and food tastes bland and you will get bored of it after 3 days. Also swimming pools are extremely dirty, shower has mold and "balconies" are filled with pigeon sh*t and used cigarettes. Would not recommend this place if you at least want bare minimum hotel service. Its unbelivable that this thing is called a 5 star hotel.

This hotel is terrible, rooms dirty and dusty everywhere, had to call cleaner back in to clean properly, floors around swimming pool area filthy dirty, WiFi terrible, buffet breakfast ok if you Chinese and Asian food, rice noodles, boiled veg, bee's and wasps everywhere careful not to get stung. Had to buy bug spray for the balcony as the hotel left the balcony light on till midnight so it was attracting all bugs and wasps. And to end all, from 6.20 am in the morning, all the coaches from the back of the hotel start to rev their engines up to take all Chinese tourists to the tours after they eat all the breakfast like a gang of locusts . Agoda reviews all lies, this hotel is NOT exceptional nor is it good. If you stay here and love your peace and quiet??. Then you not get it here believe me and my family, couldn't wait to check out after staying here for 1 week. They say you get what you pay for?. Lucky we only paid £400 for 2 rooms with Asian breakfast for 1 week. Never again, and like to add, are all Chinese people Def?. As all they do from 6 am morning is shout at eachother. 🤬👎 O another thing is hotel far from the city. 15/20 on baht bus, or 125 baht in bolt taxi. No amenities around hotel just a 7/11 store and a mini C shop. 👎👎🤬

Crystal Palace Hotel Pattaya (Crystal Palace Luxury Hotel Pattaya) 8/10
16 Mar 2025
After a long journey from Hanoi to Bangkok and then to Pattaya, we—Avi and Jessica—arrived at Crystal Palace Luxury Hotel Pattaya on a pleasant afternoon. After hours of travel, stepping into this hotel felt like shedding all the exhaustion. We were fortunate to be assigned a room in the newly built Crystal Luxury section, and from the moment we stepped inside, we knew we had made the right choice. The room immediately impressed us with its refined and well-arranged space. It was quiet, spacious, and elegantly designed, offering a sense of relaxation and comfort. The highlight was undoubtedly the bed—exceptionally soft and plush, making it incredibly easy to sink into a deep, restful sleep. The bathroom was spotless and thoughtfully designed, providing both functionality and a touch of modern convenience. However, one downside of the hotel is its location—it’s not close to the beach. For those looking for an oceanfront stay, this might be a slight inconvenience. On the other hand, if nightlife and culinary experiences are a priority, the hotel’s proximity to night markets and bustling eateries (just 200 meters away) is a major advantage. It was incredibly convenient for exploring Pattaya’s vibrant energy after dark. When it comes to the staff and service, they performed their duties professionally, but with a lack of warmth and engagement. They smiled, but not in a way that made us feel particularly welcomed. While they provided adequate responses to our questions, they didn’t go out of their way to connect or engage with guests proactively.Final Thoughts: Despite a few minor shortcomings, Crystal Palace Luxury Hotel Pattaya remains a solid choice for travelers seeking comfort, tranquility, and modern amenities after a long journey. The well-designed rooms, excellent bedding, and convenient location for nightlife make it a great option. If the service team could be more attentive and engaging, the experience would be even better.Overall, we would rate this hotel 8/10—a wonderful experience that, with just a little improvement in customer service, could easily reach a higher score.- Avi & Jessica
