  Review for Flipper House Hotel PattayaI have been staying at this hotel since 4-03-2026. The only major advantage of this hotel is its excellent location, which is very convenient for shopping, nightlife, and nearby attractions in Pattaya.However, the service quality needs significant improvement. The room had a bad smell, and housekeeping standards could be better. There were also some maintenance issues such as water blocking in the wash basin and problems with the air conditioner.The front desk staff did not appear very welcoming and sometimes seemed a bit rude, which affects the overall guest experience.On the positive side, the breakfast quality is good, although the menu is the same every day, which becomes repetitive for guests staying multiple days.Overall: The hotel is okay for a short stay of a couple of days, mainly because of its prime location, but improvements in service, housekeeping, and maintenance would make the stay much better.

  A mid budget hotel. Good hotel with ok breakfast. In Soi 7. Central to Soi 7 and Soi 8 bars and resturants. Near the beach. Nice clean hotel. No issues.

  Racism and poor customer service by reception staff

  The staff at the reception are very unfriendly and bias towards white guests vs Asian and blacks. Arrogant approach, unfriendly, not polite service. Lack of customer service. Worse in my 15 yr visit to Pattaya. Fantastic service from kitchen and food service staff. Food is excellent.

  For a great value for money hotel in a great location, 5 mins walk to beach this would be hard to beat. Modorn hotel spotlessly clean. Good breakfast, good aircon and a decent size rooftop pool. Towels provided for pool and beach at no cost.

  A few minutes walk to Beach Road. Lots of bars and shops and massage parlours and eateries all around. The hotel is quite old and needs renovating. The women on the front desk reception are cold and unfriendly. I think they don't like their job or have become jaded. The ones on breakfast duty in the restaurant though are very friendly and helpful.
