  This hotel is just perfect for me,out of the hustle and bustle of the loud soi,s the beds are nice and comfy the staff are very curtious and helpful and respectful, its clean as a whistle and i found it very comfatable, i never ate there but it looked reasonable enough, one lift but was fast, i will visit again, wi fi great, i had a junior suite and loved it, air con great idea for the bedroom, i fell asleep more than once in a big comphy chair. Great thank you to all, i wish i could have stayed longer, kind regards Brian from Flint North Wales UK.

  what a pleasure!!, great location, fantastic room( junior suite), wonderful breakfast, attentive staff, lovely and clean, nice chilled out atmosphere, nothing too much trouble, great place to stay with easy access to soi bukhao, lovely and quiet and great value for money, worth every penny, cant praise enough, will be back!!

  Absolutely the worst place I've stayed in Thailand. Dirty green alge pool,smelly musty room,front office staff very rude and unenthusiastic staff everywhere. Housekeeping is a bit hit and miss but, they do try their best under the circumstances. This place needs a change in management, from the top to the bottom. My advice, stay elsewhere.

  Pattaya has many options for accommodation, it really depends on what you are looking for. My requirements was1. decent size room, over 350 square feet2. Out of the hussle and bussle, but within walking distance3. Around under $A70 per night, preferably with breakfast.This ticked all my boxes. This hotel is not for everyone, the hotel is very old style; would have been magnificent in its day. The rooms are huge and the toilets/shower area is brilliant. The furniture is very old style, not in bad state of repairs, just old fashion. I liked the hotel, my wife did not have the same opinion. By the end, she changed her mind. Pool OK, but needs repairs. I had friends staying a short distance away paying nearly twice the amount and room size very small. Breky average but adequate buffet. Some will not like this others will think it good enough. Leave it up to your own opinion.

  BECOME a DIRTY UNCARED for DUMP - ROOM NEED a VERY DEEP CLEAN

  Room #223 2 x Nights Booked via Agoda4th stay here at this hotel but the WORST EVER Room has INGRAINED DIRT & GRIME and suffers from a massive lack of Care and attention.No maintenance and no update leaves the room feeling TACKY, DIRTY and UNCARED for.Bed Sheets were NOT changed Daily :(I unplugged the Telephone from the wall and my Fingers were left covered with a Lumpy Greasy sludge from the cable.... YUKThe Buffet Breakfast was acceptable not a large choice but what they provided was Yummy and plentiful - Eggs cooked to your liking at the Egg Station.Minimal noise from outside which meant you were able to Sleep Good :)Staff were pleasant and friendly.We would NOT choose to STAY here again.
