We had an incredible time here, but what really made our visit stand out was the service. A huge thank you to Rose for her exceptional service. She went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of, and her energy really fits the Hard Rock vibe. Whether it was the great facilities or the rockstar treatment from the staff, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’ll definitely be back!

This has been one of the best hotels I visited. Eve and her staff have been exceptional at making this trip a success. I highly recommend this establishment.

Even though the hotel is having refurbishment this did not affect our stay We have been to this hotel 5 times and just booked again for JuneThe staff are friendly polite and professional Hotel is always clean and we feel very secure Swimming pool has activities every day with a foam party on SaturdayIt's a great position on the beach all amenities very close walking distance We thoroughly enjoy our stay well done

The new rooms are nice. Bed is comfy. Service is very good. The lounge floors have a great lounge with the best staff and very relaxing. Great hotel. Best pool in Pattaya. Great hotel overall.

Hotel was undergoing major building works heavy machinery and kangos making a terrible noiseWe were not told at time of booking otherwise would of cancelledHard rock paid no attention to our complaint treated us all terribly. Ended up having to go to the Hilton instead which was a million times betterAppalled at how a major global company treated us so badly did not care at all Just numbers to them to milk money fromBook elsewhere. I can recommend the Hilton fantastic hotel and incredibly professional staff

As was mentioned to you by my colleague last year, we did inform all our travel partners of our renovation works, including the agent that were used to make your booking, and unfortunately, some of them may not be as clear as we would wish. We did shorten your stay as per your wish, arranged for the refund of the remaining days, as my colleague’s email correspondence with you confirms. We do understand how disruptive the noise can be and how it can affect your experience.
